About this property

Casita Play de Reira

The house is located in a very quiet area where only the sound of the waves and the smell of salt water can be perceived in the front line (a real luxury).
The electrical system of the house is based on photovoltaic solar panels, enough for a normal daily consumption.

Please refrain all those who do not like to see a spectacular sunset every day in the front row.

It is rented in its entirety.

On the other hand, we would also like to point out that the centre of the village, both Xaviña and Camariñas, is only five minutes away (3 kilometres) where you can find all kinds of basic necessities and leisure establishments as well as taste some of our gastronomic delicacies.

Kleines Haus an fantastischer Lage
Ein kleines, eher einfaches Haus ideal für zwei die sich mögen. Die ruhige Lage über dem Meer (5 Gehminuten) und eine hübsche Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick über die Küste Richtung Sonnenuntergang. Sehr schöne Gegend, welche auch zu kürzeren und längeren Spaziergängen einlädt. Das Städtchen Camariñas mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nur 10 Autominuten entfernt. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Hier und da lottert es leider etwas; insbesondere in die Ausstattung der Küche (Gläser/Geschirr/Kochutensilien/Mokkakanne) sollte wieder einmal investiert werden. Unter dem Strich: Wir haben unsere Woche im Häuschen sehr genossen!
