The former mill with its reach and waterfall, bordered by a creek in the heart of a small village nestled on the banks of the Dordogne, located 2 km from the castles of Milandes, 5 km from the castles of Castelnaud and Beynac and 15 km Sarlat and Les Eyzies.
The house consists of a large living room of 50m2 with kitchen: American fridge, pyrolysis oven and microwave, sink and induction plates on central island of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 independent. WIFI
You can swim, canoe and fish in the river on the other side you will find a course 'branch-addicted' and the departure of canoes rides making you discover the most beautiful places in the valley, La Roque Gageac, Beynac, Castelnaud, Milandes.
Flying hot air balloons, horse riding, golf and lighters rides are also nearby.
Hiking trail in the village.

Bon emplacement région magnifique
Positif: - Très bien situé au calme cuisine et terrasse bien équipés Négatif: - ménage laisse à désirer - trop petit pour 10 personnes, nous avions réservé pour 10 (un supplément a été facturé) au final nous étions que 8 il ne fallait pas être plus - mauvais agencement du logement avec une chambre au rdc avec SDB privative - climatisation annoncée mais en fait un climatiseur mobile pas efficace pour trois chambres sous les toits

Bonne situation et extérieur agréable mais intérieur assez vétuste
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour car la propriété est bien située à 200 mètres de la Dordogne où nous avons pu nous rafraîchir. L'extérieur est agréable et le salon d'été appréciable. Les points négatifs sont la propreté ( toiles d'araignée et poussière partout et en grande quantité sous et derrière les meubles, sur les plinthes..) et une odeur de moisi un peu partout dont les matelas. C'est une très vieille maison mais ce n'est pas une raison, un entretien plus poussé serait bien venu. En conclusion nous avons quand même passé de bonnes vacances mais nous avons trouvé le tarif trop élevé par rapport aux prestations.

ruime woning met een goede keuken en mooie veranda
Een ruime woning met een goed geoutilleerde keuken, ruime veranda en mooie tuin in een prachtige omgeving. Ook voor de herfst vakantie zeer geschikt dan ook een stuk rustiger in de Dordogne.
