Enjoy the beautiful charm of the historic late 19th century Leister building which has undergone a full renovation, completed in 2008. It is located near the corner of Yates and Wharf St. in the middle of Victoria’s thriving water front scene of museums, restaurants, and shops. The building is very secure with locked gate; accessibility is convenient to the units via an elevator. The large loft has all the modern conveniences and comforts with all the old school charm for which Victoria is known. The living room features the original raw brick walls and 5 foot windows. The living room includes a dining area and a television with built in DVD. The apartment also includes a pull out couch. The building boasts a beautiful rooftop deck, with stunning views of the nearby harbor and Victoria beyond. There is a secure public pay-parking garage located just across the street.

Whether your stay with us is a long or short one, you will enjoy this newly renovated home in a location central to all the reasons people come here - great shopping, 100's of fantastic restaurants, bars and lounges, whale and wildlife watching expeditions and great walking through the old streets. Located in the alley 50 feet south of this home is the only remaining example of Victoria's original Fir tree pavers. Canada's oldest China Town is 2 blocks away. The old courthouse and yard where they used to hang our first criminals isn't far (it's the Maritime Museum now, and 'yes!' they do Ghost Tours at night in the summer). It's an unbelievable location to access all the best of downtown Victoria!

There is a Replacement Fee of $100 for losing the Key Fob or Keys for the unit. This will be deducted from your damage deposit should either or both go missing.
Our cleaner is amazing and can do a lot in a short amount of time. If the unit requires extra cleaning due to serious spills, stains or generally very poor shape then a Cleaning Fee will be charged. The minimum is $100 for the first hour, $50 for each hour after that.
