This condo features 2 bedrooms, one on the main level with an ensuite including a washer and dryer, and the second located in the loft with its own bathroom and access to the deck. The condo is 1180 sq ft, with an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This unit has everything needed to cook and entertain from pots to cutlery. All towels and linens are provided. It is a short walk to the grocery store or to many restaurants if you don't cook.

I have been renting this unit since August and have nothing but positive feedback . I love this area of the city, and live in this building as well. This is brand new concrete and steel construction that was completed in July 2014. A modern building in an established neighbourhood.

I am the developer of this building, and have a few units left to sell, but I have a few units that I am renting out. I love to travel, and I see a need for high end rentals in this area of the city.

What makes this condo unique

These condos have all the amenities that you will require for a great stay. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with comfortable bedding. The units come with one underground heated parking spot in an area where parking I hard to come by. There is a covered balcony for your enjoyment. WiFi is included as well as 2-3 tvs with cable in the living room and the bedrooms.

Great rental in a great location

The suite we stayed in was completely equipped with coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware, cookware, and utensils. The owner met us on arrival, and the suite was ideally located within 2 blocks of great restaurants, a grocery store, the liquor mart, and the bus stop. Taxis from here to everywhere we wanted to go were in the $10 to $12 range. It is a safe neighborhood. The suite was attractively decorated and extremely clean and included all the linens and towels we needed. Our host was accommodating and well-informed. I will definitely stay here the next time I travel to Winnipeg.

Availability? Not...

Even today, this listing shows availability for all of August, which it just does not have. Corresponded with the owner and was disappointed to hear that there were only half the nights available that we needed. Suggested he update the calendar. Not done. We would have loved to stay there; great location, lovely space. Very disappointed - especially after reading the other reviews.

Loved this unit and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on my next trip "home".

We also stayed here for a week and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The owner was more than accommodating and set us up for an excellent stay. Walking distance to coffee, food, groceries, parks and the Legislature. We had a small dog and this main floor unit allowed us to take him for walks along treed boulevards and nearby parks. Comfortable beds, good quality furnishings, and finishes throughout. Our secure parking was spacious and seconds from our front door. This unit has everything you could need and the owner was more than generous when it came to paper and cleaning supplies - the best I have seen in a VRBO, and I've been to a few. Rather than sleeping in a relative's spare room and sharing a bathroom allowing for no "down time", I'll be heading back to Oz the next time I visit the Peg!

Spacious apartment close to downtown

We stayed here one week and couldn't have picked a better place. The owner accommodated all our needs, the unit was fresh and well furnished. We enjoyed walking throughout the downtown area which was only a few blocks away. We're in total agreement with the previous review for this property.

Home away from home! Awesome apartment in the perfect location!

This trendy new unit is nested in the perfect location, near some of the most amazing restaurants and close to local shopping. The unit was fully furnished and had all the necessities needed for a home away from home. The owners carefully though of everything one would need to make a stay absolutely wonderful! The unit we stayed in came with a secure parking garage and the building had security entrances. My family ate breakfast outside on the patio every morning and we were able to enjoy the ambiance of the city. The kitchen was fully equity and loaded with premier cabinets/drawers, appliances, and cooking utensils, the details put into the kitchen made cooking enjoyable. The property owner was very nice and super accommodating, even greeted us at the building at nearly midnight when we had an unexpected delay. This was my families first trip to Canada and staying in this trendy apartment made our trip the perfect vacation.

Car: not necessary

This condo is located in the best area of Winnipeg. The Osborne Village area is very walkable with many shops and restaurants as well as a grocery and liquor store 2 blocks away. It is a short walk to the downtown area or the Forks where the Human Rights museum is located.
