A cool and generously spacious home from home, No 14 is one of 30 apartments in Las Palmeras, a small friendly development surrounded by well kept, peaceful, gardens all set around a large, beautiful pool. Las Palmeras is located centrally in the La Manga Club resort, making it an excellent alternative to Los Olivos.

We have fitted efficient infra-red heating in all the rooms making it the perfect choice for a Spring/Autumn golf break for up to 5 adults.

This bright and airy upper apartment is also perfect in the heat of the Summer, offering cool marble floors throughout, with fans, and air conditioning, club TV, Xbox, DVD and free wifi. There is plenty of parking directly outside, with a few steps leading up to the front door.

Our guests are entitled to resident discounts at the golf and tennis facilities, as well as reduced prices for the tennis, football, cricket and rugby academies that run during school holidays.

Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and ample storage and hanging space and can be made up as singles or superking doubles depending on your party. The master bedroom has a roomy marble-clad en suite, with bath, walk in shower, dual wash basins, toilet and bidet. French doors off the master bedroom lead to a sweet covered terrace. The second bathroom has a walk in shower, basin and toilet and is conveniently located next door to the second bedroom.

The newly fitted kitchen is fully kitted out with a granite work top, eye level oven and built in microwave, induction hob, built in washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and even a blender for a healthy morning smoothie!

Stairs lead up to a cosy mezzanine level over the living room, with a leather sofa bed, bean bag, TV and XBOX 360 with a range of games to suit all ages. This is a perfect chill out area, which also provides a useful additional sleeping space. (as ceiling is low here it is best suited for accomodating a child/teenager)

A travel cot, high chair and lightweight buggy are available for our younger guests.

The living dining room has a corner sofa and recliner chair, flat screen TV with range of British TV stations and sports and movie channels, a Blu Ray/DVD Player with 'smart TV' for Netflix etc and sound system. (an extensive DVD library is located in the wardrobe in the master suite for those rare rainy days) The extendable dining table can comfortably seat six. In the sideboard is a comprehensive range of board games and an ipod dock.

Large sliding glass doors lead onto a sunny barbecue terrace with electric awning and with spectacular views over the rooftops of the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean beyond.

Beside the front door, stairs lead up to a sunny private roof terrace furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs and panoramic views over the hills.

The internationally renowned tennis centre, shops, bars and restaurants are just 5 minutes walk away, as is the Par 47 pitch & putt course, the Oasis pool, crazy golf and children’s club. A 10 minute level walk in the other direction leads you to the buzzing bars and restaurants of Bellaluz square.

Within the club you can play golf at one of three championship golf courses, take tennis tuition at the tennis centre, visit the beautiful private beach ‘La Cala’ with its picturesque restaurant perched on the edge of the cliff, the various bars restaurant, casino and live music of The Principe Felipe Hotel, the luxurious spa at Las Lomas with spectacular views, an indoor pool and range of spa facilities and pampering treatments. There is a choice of more than 20 restaurants offering cuisine from around the world, banks, chemist, on site doctor, bars, boutiques, petrol station, two supermarkets. This is a safe resort with 24 hour security so ideal for families.

Outside the club there is a wealth of activities to tempt you just a short drive away, such as horse riding, diving, mountain biking, the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, or the markets, beaches, local villages and towns. Contact the owner for more ideas for days out.

A very well situated property with a well planned and furnished interior and a very attractive view. Extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. An abundance of books and DVDs if needed. The first time we have been to La Manga which we found to be a resort with very good facilities. Fiona was a very communicative and helpful owner.

Fabulous Apartment in Great Location
We stayed here for two weeks at the end of July 19. The apartment is lovely, nice and spacious and tastefully decorated. It feels very comfortable and homely. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are great views from the terrace off the living area and the pool is only a couple of minutes walk and was very relaxing, never over crowded and well maintained. It's in a good location, a short level walk from the Bellaluz Square, and close to the tennis centre and football academy. The owners were extremely helpful with any questions we had and I would highly recommend this apartment. We will certainly be returning. We had a wonderful holiday here.

Wonderful views!
We are a family of 4 which have had a great week in this lovely villa. It was very clean and the perfect size. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. The villa is well stocked with the basics. My son made great use of the Xbox and the many games available to use. Although we didn’t need to contact them while we were there, the owners were readily available and prompt with replies prior to our stay. We definitely recommend this villa and will aim to return one day to soak up the fantastic views of La Manga and beyond. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

We have stayed in various properties over the years in La Manga club due to having a tennis mad son. When we were lucky enough to be in a position to purchase somewhere, No 14 immediately appealed as it is close to the tennis and the restaurants and other facilities, but far enough away to be peaceful, it has loads of space, and is high enough up to have beautiful views. The apartment has a lovely feel to it - instantly relaxing.

What makes this property unique

We never tire of the views of the Mar Menor and the sea beyond, and our son LOVES the cosy mezzanine level! The new heating means we can now enjoy it all year round!
