Central Phoenix Condo
The condo was centrally located and close to the 51. It was reasonably stocked with all the essentials. Suzann the property manager was very responsive to any issues. We did have an AC issue and she coordinated the repair technicians very quickly. That was good and now for the not so good (items that is out of the property managers control). The backyard is butted up to Bethany Home Road. For those of you not from the area, it is a very busy road and the road noise was to the degree that we didn't enjoy sitting in the 'backyard'. Also it was very noticeable upstairs in the master bedroom. Another note, if you have kids, the neighbor at the end of the complex (two units away) was not very friendly towards our kids and very persnickety around the communal spaces. She portrays being the owner of the entire complex and doesn't shy away from telling you her opinions and exactly what is hers. She went our of her way to tell our kids where they were allowed to ride their scooters in the central driveway.

Nice and SO well located!
We were in town for spring training and completely unfamiliar with the Phoenix area. This condo was well situated - just minutes away from several major highways and an easy trip to all the stadiums. We found amazing restaurants nearby and shopping was handy too. The condo was clean and very well equipped. Suzann was a great host - she had the kitchen stocked with the basics when we arrived. Last but not least, proximity to the airport was amazing!

Fantastic Condo close to Downtown
I had two staff personnel stay in this condo and they both loved the layout of the condo, space of the rooms, cleanliness of the entire home, and the owner is great. Their month long stay went almost seamlessly throughout their visit. There was a hot water issue for a few days, but the owner was as accommodating as possible while getting this fixed. Our company would certainly recommend this place to stay in. Sincerely, Travis Baldridge General Manager FooteWork Auto License & Title Service

About the host

My name is Suzann and I love Arizona; that's why the only time I left was to go to Washington State University and then had to return to the greatest city! I was formerly a school teacher ranging from 1st grade - 8th and then working at the airlines very part time to travel during our school breaks. I always felt like I had the perfect set up. I have a passion for teaching, and can fly free with the airlines.

I have two children which are the biggest joys in my life. We all are active, love to hike, ski, and do just about anything adventurous. spending time together is what is most valuable.

Why they chose this property

I am a native of Arizona. I grew up in Paradise Valley (acre of desert landscape), after college lived in the plush cape cod neighborhood of Arcadia and then lived in Central Phoenix a mile from my condo and decided that central Phoenix is the easiest, most convenient place to live to be anywhere in 15 minutes. It is the up and coming place for quaint restaurants and an exciting night life. And during the day, it's near the best shopping and close to the best hiking in the valley. Every visitor must walk up squaw Peak at least once to admire the city. :)

What makes this property unique

What I love most about my home is that it's all mine. After I got divorced, I finally was able to choose my own decor, style, furniture, colors, and most of all create the vibe that fits my personality. Everything new that I've done is so happy and homey. When I'm sitting in my house, I feel such a strong feeling of independence, serenity, safety, happiness and contentment. But, the main reason why I chose this location is that it's 7 minutes to the airport with no traffic. Being off of the 51 freeway makes it easy to get anywhere and quickly.
