Spacious apartment, ideal for families

Aubure 830m above sea level, the highest village in Alsace, in an authentic and green. La Sapinière formerly sanatorium in 1891, hotel in 1920 or even a summer camp after the war, today residence year-round but also seasonal, she always knew how to welcome.
You are offered on the ground floor a holiday apartment of 100m2 fully renovated and equipped: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room of 40m2 with a wood stove for winter evenings , a kitchen and a bathroom where we love to linger.
A pleasant terrace adjoining the apartment is at your disposal for your breakfast or other meals, barbecue, enough to spend a pleasant stay in peace.
Linen is provided for stays longer than 3 nights.
The apartment is classified 3 stars by the organization Gîte de France.

Enchanté par le cadre magnifique
...et l'accueil des propriétaires. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la grande terrasse. Caramel nous a tenu compagnie!

Heel prettig verblijf
We hebben erg genoten van het verblijf in de gite. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Het huis is eenvoudig maar praktisch ingericht en zeer ruim. Ook fijn dat er een tuin bij is. De omgeving is prachtig! Zeker aan te raden.

Appartement authentique et atypique, spacieux, au calme avec une belle et grande terrasse dans un écrin de verdure. Propriétaire attentionné, rien ne manquait. Adresse qui mérite d'être retenue et citée, nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Au coeur de l'Alsace
Vous recherchez un lieu apaisant et ressourçant dans un village d'Alsace où règne un micro-climat des plus agréables ? Arrêtez-vous à la Sapinière chez Marcel et Magali Rossé et leur fils. Vous y serez accueillis comme chez vous, par une famille d'une grande gentillesse. Le logement est décoré avec goût, il est spacieux et tout confort, doté d'une grande terrasse et d'un jardin partagé. Entouré par la forêt, le village d'Aubure sera le point de départ de vos balades et autres randonnées, à moins que vous ne préférez profiter de la petite ville de Ribeauvillé, toute proche. J'espère que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir et profiter plus longtemps de cette magnifique région.

Aussenbereich top, Innenbereich naja
Die Wohnung ist fast identisch wie auf den Fotos. Bloss dass es keinen Fernseher hat. Trotz Hitze schwebt ein modriger Geruch in der Luft. Oft wie in sehr alten Museums- Herrschaftshäusern. Nach dem 3. Tag hat man sich dran gewöhnt. Der Gasofen inkl. dreckigem Backblech ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für Aufbackbrötchen reicht er. Der Kühlschrank dürfte grösser sein, wenn man als Familie anreist. Die Matratzen sind entweder zu hart, oder durchgelegen. Der Sohn spielt täglich Schlagzeug, meisst 1 Stunde. (17.00/18.00) An die Parzelle grenzt eine Art Werkhof, auf der betoniert und geebnet wurde. Deshalb waren wir immer bis 16.30 Uhr unterwegs, wegen des Lärms. Highlight war die Veranda und der Garten mit dem grossen Gewächshaus. Ein Vorhang der bei Wind aufflog, liess mich erstaunen, was dort drin angebaut wird!!!. Ich lasse des Lesers Gedanken dabei freien Lauf. Der belgische Schäferhund mix ist ein ganz Lieber und gut erzogen. Da nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden war, fragte ich per mail höflich nach einer weiteren. Antwort war, dass dieses nicht bei der Wohnung inklusive ist. Nicht gerade gastfreundlich! Man kann es auch geizig nennen. Fazit: mal was anderes, doch einem Freund würde ich die Wohnung/Vermieterin nicht empfehlen
