Parental suite with private bathroom in a house near the center

In newly renovated house I offer a large quiet room with a double bed and a private bathroom. The room is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden through a large window. You can enjoy a large very sunny terrace.
Breakfast is included.
The city center is within walking distance in 10 minutes, a bike station is 50m from the house, as well as numerous bus (15 min station) and access to the sea in 15 minutes.
The house is also located next to the memorial garden of plants and stage of ornado.

Nous avons été accueilli par la propriétaire. Un large sourire, de bonnes explications, une jolie chambre, une salle de bain privative et très propre, un très bon emplacement, le centre ville est très accessible à pied. Un endroit très calme avec un jardin pour profiter du soleil. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et la propriétaire est à l'écoute de ces hôtes Très bon et agréable échange. Un très bon séjour à Caen. Je recommande vivement et je garde cette bonne adresse pour une prochaine occasion ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ !!!

Sehr zentral und doch ruhig liegt das Objekt in der wunderschönen Stadt Caen, die unendlich viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, wir hatten richtig gute Tage! Jederzeit wieder:-)
