Fancy a night out? It is less than 5 minutes walk to dozens of restaurants and bars, Fancy a night in? Fully equipped kitchen, 48 inch TV with UK channels, internet, XBox360 with games, DVDs etc all in the apartment.

Like the beach? An 8-10 minute walk will get you to the beach and promenade.
Prefer the pool? 3 pools on site, each with a shallow area for children.

Beautifully furnished in modern style with air conditioning/heating, secure underground parking, and a balcony overlooking the pool.

En-suite shower room to master bedroom plus a full family bathroom along with well presented dining and living areas make this apartment an ideal destination for a holiday in the sun.

Car is not necessary as all essential facilities are available within walking distance of the apartment (including three supermarkets within about 5 minutes walk).

Super Apartment
We booked this trip to Los Alcazares in 2019 and eventually got to enjoy our holiday in May 2022. Throughout the COVID delayed period we had contact with Andy about when we would be able to go and never had a problem booking, rebooking, rebooking again and finally fixing a date. The apartment is perfectly situated only a few minutes walk from the brilliant bars and restaurants as well as 4 big supermarkets for supplies. Overall a fantastic holiday, easy contact with the property manager in resort and a lovely family friendly complex. Highly recommended!

Very well equipped and stylish in decor!Well located for bars and restaurants!
We have been going to this area for over twenty years! Love the Mar Menor and now having better shops and restaurants nearby! Ideal for six people to stay comfortably in this apartment! Glad we booked a pick up from the airport! Thanks for a lovely time there! Weather was marvellous too! That always helps!

We are a family of 5 (3 boys) who enjoy spending time in the warmth and sunshine of Murcia whenever we can.

Why they chose this property

The boys love playing in the pools and we can relax knowing they are safe and being able to watch them from the balcony. We love going out to lots of different restaurants, with regular visits to some of our favourites and the fact the town has a great mix of nationalities while retaining its Spanish feel.
