- A closed and secured parking with a code near the apartment.

The studio is located on the 1st floor, on the heights of Anse Caritan, which gives it the advantage of being at a 2nd floor, compared to apartments that are below without the inconvenience of climbing two floors & the advantage of having far fewer mosquitoes.

Air-conditioned apartment.

It includes an SE with sink, shower, WC, wall hair dryer.

Spacious sitting room with bed of 160 very good tropical bedding April 2016, (mattress 27cm) insulated by a thick double curtain seating area.

In the living room, 1 sofa bed 90, 1 coffee table, 2 chairs IKEA comfortable 1 child cot, spacious closet and well arranged, with a safe deposit box at the keys.

This studio has a bay 2. 30 meters which opens onto a large terrace (a nice touch with the climate) with stunning sea views & Diamond Rock (stunning sunsets from the terrace).

The latter gives on a closed fully equipped kitchen:

Fridge / freezer, microwave, large oven, washing machine, toaster coffee machine, complete cookware, iron & ironing board, flat screen TV etc.

direct access to the small beach of Anse Caritan.

A haven of peace surrounded by trees and beautiful tropical flowers.

A large swimming pool managed by a body was available to tenants until the end of September 2015.

The whole site has more Caritan this advantage for now.

It was closed and emptied (no health risk). She was returned to the City of Ste Anne, who has a rehabilitation project, but we do not know what date.

There are still owners who mention the pool, this is false advertising that harms those who are serious.

Direct access to a small beach.

Located at the extreme south, Sainte Anne is touristy and very popular with vacationers. Sainte Anne is close to numerous beaches - some well known - like Marin tip, Caritan Anse, Anse Meunier, Small and Large Salines, Anse Trabaud, English Bay, Anse Michel and Cap Chevalier.

Lively, busy, family, strange, wild, easy access to more complex: in and around the town, the beaches have something to suit all tastes.

Not content to offer such a variety of beaches, Sainte-Anne is also known for its ornithological reserve and islets (Hardy, Burgeaux, Percé and Poirier), the most famous is Cap Chevalier (canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing, boat trip).

The famous beach of Saline, (10 minutes by car or 3/4 hour walk from the apartment by coastal path) making a perfect arc is considered one of the most beautiful beaches of the Lesser Antilles with large expanses of white sand and clear blue sea green It also provides, more to the east, an arid area: Savannah petrifactions.
