Mini villa located in a luxury residence 'Santa Giulia park 2' ideally integrated into the environment. You can enjoy a magnificent shared swimming pool with overflow of 400 m2.
This charming villa can accommodate up to 7 people.
She is composed :
- a main room of 30m² with fitted kitchen dining area and lounge area (convertible sofa)
- a double bedroom
- a triple room
- a bathroom
- a large 48 m² terrace equipped with a gas barbecue, a table, a garden furniture and deckchairs.

Final cleaning + compulsory household linen:
- 1 week 110 €
- 2 weeks 160 €
- 3 weeks 210 €
For stays longer than 1 week, the sheets are changed at the end of each week.
For more tranquility, it is possible to request an intermediate cleaning for 60 €.

Séjour au calme proche de la plage de Santa Giulia
Petite maison agréable, grande terrasse, climatisation, tout confort et très bien équipée. Dans la résidence une très belle piscine extérieure, une salle de sport bien équipée et une piscine intérieure. La plage de Santa Giulia est à 1300 mt (20 mn à pied). Le seul regret sera que le Wifi n'est pas disponible dans la maison, il l'est uniquement à la piscine. En ce qui concerne la propreté lors de notre arrivée, irréprochable.

Leider defekte di auch nach Meldungen nicht behoben wurden. Wurde mit Liegestühlen vermietet waren Defekt und Konten nicht benutzt werden. Leider kein Entgegenkommen des Vermieters

Très belle location
Location où il fait bon vivre et dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis chez nous immédiatement. La maison est très fonctionnelle avec une immense terrasse où nous avons pris tous nos repas pour notre plus grand plaisir . La piscine à débordement est magnifique et la salle de sport un vrai plus sans parler de la localisation qui permet de se rendre à pieds à la plage de Santa Giulia (la plage se mérite car le retour est assez sportif sur le chemin Bella Vista assez pentu). Bref on a adoré !

Sehr ruhig und relaxt
Die Anlage zu finden ist anhand der Adresse nicht ganz einfach. Der Empfang war professionell, es wird auch Englisch gesprochen. Die Mini-Villa liegt in einer gepfleg-ten ruhigen Anlage mit tollem Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist sauber, bietet großzügige Zimmer und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Aber muss eine Nespresso-Maschine sein (Preis und Umweltverträglichkeit der Kapseln) ? Mit ein bisschen Trick-sen geht auch Filterkaffee, die Tüten dafür waren da. Die große Terrasse bietet be-queme Gartenmöbel und einen Gasgrill, der auch wirklich funktioniert. Der Pool ist gepflegt und nach dem Meer oder einem Ausflug ein Highlight. Hier gibt’s auch WLAN, in der Villa nicht. Wenn man also seine E-Mails checken will, muss man „den Berg erklimmen !“ Leider ist es uns passiert, dass es dann so richtig zu duschen anfing und man musste sich in das kleine überbaute Gartenhäuschen drängen, das binnen kurzer Zeit volllief. Nicht besonders angenehm und ein bisschen mittelalterlich. Der nahe liegende Santa Giulia Strand ist winzig, zugebaut und vollkommen überlaufen, besser ist der Palombaggia mit öffentlichem Parkplatz. Ein kleiner Laden ist in Laufweite; wir haben unser Baguette mitgebracht und dann eventuell getoastet, ist ja alles da. Kleine Geschenke erhalten die Freundschaft und deshalb gab’s Wasser, Wein, Saft und Kuchen zur Begrüßung. Nett. Empfehlenswerte Anlage.
