Wonderful location between mountains and very lovely hosts
Hello,
together with the family of my sister we visited the lovely villa during Easter holidays 2019. Together we were 4 adults and 5 kids age between 2 and 6 years. The villa was perfect for us. Each family had a whole floor for themselves and the floor with kitchen and big living room was used by all of us.
During our stay it was astonishingly cold for that time of the year, but the hosts refilled the oil for the central heating within a day so it became warm and comfortable inside. The hosts were very nice in general, starting with prepared traditional Cretan food together with vegetables, cheese, bread and so on for the first days at arrival. They were very cooperative and offered help and tips on every topic.
Since it was not too warm we were able to do a lot of trips to the north and south of Crete. Everyone who wants to be able to decide spontaneous where to go will have a wonderful time in villa Aurora because it is very central and both coasts (north and south) can be reached within approximately 20 minutes (don't only trust Google maps).
