You will enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and balcony. The kitchen is updated with cherry cabinets, granite counters, Sub-Zero and Thermador appliances. Master bath has double sinks and large walk-in glass block shower with bench. There are 2 community pools onsite in this gated complex.

This beautiful villa has been awarded VIP Status, the highest rating by the Sea Pines Resort. More than 70% of our current renters are return guests.

Ride bikes to Harbor Town and South Beach areas for shopping and restaurants, and the famous Harbor Town Lighthouse. The updated Sea Pines Beach Club and Plantation Club with their award winning restaurants are just a short walk away. The world-class golf courses, including the famed Harbour Town Links, are located nearby. Other activities within close proximity include tennis, shopping, boating, biking, restaurants, horseback riding, miniature golf, and movie theaters.

Special Family Gathering
We enjoyed a terrific week! This was the first time we have been together for this length of time in 5 years, and this villa was simply perfect. The hostess is second to none-immediate responses to questions and extremely kind.

What a view!
We love Turtle Lane, but 303 is special. We spent so much time out on the veranda/porch - one night enjoyed dinner there! Even when the rains came, we were still enjoying the 🏝️ beach! On two different nights, the light show from a thunderstorm were absolutely spectacular! Just a great property, oceanfront. Loved our stay!

Homecoming
We’ve stayed in the Turtle Lane Condos for over 14 years, but our recent stay was our first in over 10 years, with our adult children and grandchild. We had a wonderful trip, due in large part to this lovely condo. The layout of the unit was particularly perfect for us, with a large back bedroom to accommodate a crib as well as a quiet space. Our late check-in at the The Sea Pines Resort was extremely accommodating and convenient. Hilton Head was just as we remembered, although a lot more people on the beaches and long restaurant waits, which made the dining room in the condo more convenient for carry out most nights. The kitchen was beautiful, top of the line appliances and the balcony was our go to space for breakfast, lunch, happy hour and late evening relaxation. The beach access and swimming pools could not have been more convenient, and I would definitely book this unit again.

Fantastic family vacation!!!
This is an amazing property in a really great location. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage girls. There was so much we could do as a family - biking, dining, beach, sunsets, etc. that we were able to really spend quality time as a family. We’ve been 5 years and plan to go next year as well!
