Magnificent studio, very quiet area and splendid view of the harbor of Toulon

Our house is located on the heights of Toulon, in a very quiet area, car traffic is limited because our way is a dead end.
The studio is on the ground floor and we live above.
The apartment:
renovated in 2014, completely independent, private garden and terrace, view over the harbor of Toulon, swimming pool, internet wifi, television; possibility of parking in the garden, if medium car, otherwise nearby, on the public road.
From experience, our tenants who rented the apartment for 2 weeks were transformed and went home delighted and radiant with great shape and cheerfulness.

Mega Unterkunft
Das Studio ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub in Toulon. Es liegt am Hang mit mega Aussicht auf den Marinehafen und die Bucht von Toulon. Der Pool ist riesig, man nutzt in fast komplett allein und er ist umgeben von einem super schönen mediterranen Garten. Man bekommt einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Die Küche ist komplett neu. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen oder in der Innenstadt oder an den Stränden von Toulon und Umgebung. Der Mont Faron liegt direkt hinter dem Haus (unbedingt hochfahren, hammer Aussicht!!). Wir hatten trotz Corona einen mega Urlaub. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Bel endroit pour des vacances au calme,propriétaires discrets ,sympathiques,acceuillants. Studio trés propre avec tout confort. Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour et y reviendrons trés certainement.

excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Toulon du 12 au 19 mai 2018. M. et mme SEMNOUN nous ont très bien accueillis. Au fil des conversations, nous avions presque l'impression de faire partie de la famille. Tous deux étaient très à l'écoute de nos besoins et faisaient tout leur possible (avec le sourire) pour les satisfaire. Ils étaient de même de très bon conseil quant aux promenades environnantes. Nous avons été très surpris par l'appartement par rapport à d'autres séjours: d'abord la propreté était irréprochable; ensuite le matériel (électroménager et autre) était de qualité supérieure. Ne parlons pas de la vue extraordinaire sur la rade de Toulon. En bref, malgré la chaleur qui n'était pas au rendez-vous en cette période, nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour et le recommandons vivement.

Excellent séjour
La location est magnifique, très propre et bien équipée avec une superbe vue sur la rade de Toulon, la terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables et la piscine : c'est le top. Nous avons passé un séjour calme et reposant grâce à M. et Mme Semnoun qui sont des propriétaires très sympathiques et discrets, nous avons apprécié leurs conseils pour visiter la région. Nous les remercions pour leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !
