Stunning panoramic views at this beachfront condo. The whole condo has been newly renovated in 2014. King bed in master suite, king bed loft bedroom, two twins in guest bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and two full bathrooms with custom tile showers and granite vanities. Fully equipped, well lighted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and barstools, beautiful bamboo floors, 55 inch ultrahd 4k television with soundbar and bluray in the living area and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. Washer and dryer inside unit for your convenience. This unit is the best In either of the Crystal Sands complexes, east or west! It is located on the top floor of a 3 story complex and is the corner unit on the west end with wall to wall windows facing the beach and to the west side as well. You will have beautiful views galore! There is no highrise next door to block your view.Just out the door, downstairs, and out the gate to the world famous emerald gulf waters and sugar white sands of Destin. There is an elevator and luggage carts for your convenience. Communal Swimming pool and grilling area. Free WiFi. Beach service is included (2 chairs and umbrella) March-October. Additional chairs can be rented on beach.
Crystal Sands is in the charming neighborhood of Crystal Beach which is between old Destin and Sandestin. It's only blocks away to the Destin Commons shopping mall and theater and Publix grocery store and a short drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and we are happy to provide you with some suggestions! There is a bike path that goes all the way down Scenic 98 just across the street from the condo and you can rent bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards just a few blocks away.

NOTE: 7 DAY RENTAL IS REQUIRED DURING THE SUMMER WITH SATURDAY ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

Wonderful!
We loved this beach condo. It had beautiful views, was well stocked, easy parking and access. We had plenty of dishes, towels and blankets. The owners even let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated. My only complaints- the air was set to 74 the day we arrived and since the unit is on the top floor, the upstairs was unbearable for the rest of the day/night until it finally cooled down. My bed wasn’t the most comfy but that could be personal preference. We also couldn’t find a pillow that was decent out of the 15 or so in the unit. There is also no bathtub in the unit, so be aware if you have small children. Luckily my 3 year old was okay taking his first shower and thought it was cool. I would gladly stay here again!
