Beautiful contemporary T3 apartment in recent luxury residence. Very bright living room with American kitchen and large south-west facing balcony, each of the 2 bedrooms, one of which is on the lower floor (duplex), has its own bathroom and balcony.
The whole is sober, pleasantly furnished for a wonderful holiday. Although at the edge of the street (dead end) the site is very quiet even in high season.
For 4 people. Ideal for two couples (apartment on two levels).
Do not forget your bikes to discover all the rides around the Basin!

Tolles Apartment mit super Blick
Tolle Lage Sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Komplett ausgestattete Küche. Alles da was man braucht. Klimaanlage hat sehr geholfen bei 33 Grad C. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt bei der Übergabe. Alles easy. Gerne wieder.

Atlantik pur, wunderbar!
Das zweigeschossige Appartement ist perfekt gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden zum Wohnen, Kochen und Wohlfühlen. Mit Blick auf den Hafen auf dem Balkon frühstücken, und zu den Fischrestaurants im Hafen ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang. Das Appartement ist klasse gelegen, in wenigen Minuten zu den Stränden im Becken von Arcachon und nur ein klein wenig länger zur Dune du Pilat und den angrenzenden Stränden am Atlantik. Auch nach Bordeaux ist es nicht weit. Wir haben Bordeaux mit dem Zug besucht. Der Bahnhof von La Teste in vom Appartement in 12 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Bahnfahrt nach Bordeaux dauert nur 50 Minuten. Ein wunderbarer Urlaub für die ganze Familie, tolles Appartement, sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Magnifique location très propre et bien aménagé situé face au port ostréicole de la teste. Poche d archachon et commerce à proximité ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil
Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit, die wir in diesem Apartment verbringen durften. Gerne würden wir noch einen Stern mehr für den fantastischen Ausblick auf den Austernhafen geben, den wir von unserem Balkon genießen durften. Einen herzlichen Dank auch an Céline, die uns so freundlich empfangen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
