About this property

Sea Pines villa with tennis, lagoon views, and easy beach access!

Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals only mid-May through mid-August

The interior of the villa was completely repainted in the fall of 2021. The master bedroom (king) and bath (walk-in shower) is on the main floor. Located upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has 2 twin beds. There are two roll-away beds located in the closets of the upstairs bedrooms.

Downstairs, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (new refrigerator, stove and microwave in fall of 2019) and a washer and dryer. There is a large dining table to accommodate all guests. A spacious, sunny Carolina room offers great views, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV for relaxation. Alligators make their home in the lagoon and you will have a direct view from the villa.

This quiet end unit is an approximate 5-10 min walk from beach access in Sea Pines. There is a small patio and lots of green space to roam and enjoy the scenery. Don't forget your fishing pole for the lagoon! The complex offers a putting green and tennis courts for guest use. This complex is located just inside the Ocean Gate of Sea Pines and is a quick car ride (or slightly longer bike ride) to Harbor Town and South Beach.

Sea Pines First Timers
We absolutely loved our stay at the condo! After reading previous reviews, we were looking forward to sitting out on the back patio and watching the wildlife. We had coffee, enjoyed the shade and breeze, and watched the birds and gators. When inside, we spent time in the living space with all the windows and we all had a comfy place to sit. (4 adults and a 12 and 9 yr old). It was also nice to have an additional area, separate from the dining room table, that had chairs and a coffee table to have room to put together a puzzle. It is an easy walk and/or bike ride to the beach and it was nice to not be sandwiched in with a crowd of people. Plenty of room to spread out and it felt like a private area. We rode bikes to the shops at Coligny and to Harbour Town. Riding bikes in Sea Pines is just dreamy with all of the shaded paths. Greg was very quick to respond to any email/text and wonderful to work with. We look forward to returning for another vacation.

Why they chose this property

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head Island for the past 25 years and fell in love with the place. Because of its natural beauty and the relaxed atmosphere of the Low Country, it became our favorite getaway destination. Several years ago, we returned to find our own place at the beach and fell in love with this villa because of its beautiful interior, great view of the lagoon, and short walk to the beach. Here, we can enjoy the beach, ride bikes on miles of paved trails, play golf and tennis, and observe wildlife from our back windows. We think it's the best location you could have in Sea Pines, with Harbor Town, South Beach, and Coligny being only a short bike ride away. We hope you will enjoy our place as much as we do!
