Quaint. Quiet, and Convenient!

What a wonderful townhome and community. This end unit is north south facing, so avoids hot afternoons. It is a quiet community, and the common area is very convenient for walking a dog. The owner is generously responsive to any issues that may arise with the property, like an appliance issue, etc. All in all, we were here for 6 months, and very comfortable.

Very Nice Townhouse

This townhouse is very nice, quite, and in a good location. It is also pet friendly which is hard to find being this nice. The owner was very prompt in solving any issues that we had during our stay. Each time that my wife took our dog for a walk she came back telling me about another friendly person that she had meet living in an adjoining townhouse. I loved sitting on the patio in the mornings enjoying the sun and having my coffee.

The only negative thing that I can say about this townhouse is that the chairs around the table are very uncomfortable.

I have marked this for a return stay.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Stayed two months in this quiet neighborhood townhouse located within easy driving distance of everywhere we wanted to go with grocery, hardware, pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. Owner (Michele) was easily accessible throughout our stay, and responded immediately when we contacted her. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Everything we needed was available in the condo for our month stay. Owner was great to work with and accessible for any of our questions or needs. Great location right in the heart of a revival area of new trendy restaurants all within walking distance. Only down side for winter rentals is the unheated pool. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect accommodations in a GREAT area of Phoenix

My wife and I stayed at this property for over 3 months and the accommodations could not have been better. First of all, the location in midtown Phoenix is extremely convenient. There are numerous fantastic restaurants that are a short walk away, along with coffee shops and a grocery store. Downtown is only a few minutes away and the drive to Scottsdale is only 15 minutes or so. The accommodations at the townhouse were perfect. It is fully furnished with two spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. The kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms have everything you would ever need, and the two covered parking spots attached to the unit are a huge plus. Additionally, we did not have a single issue with the WiFi and cable. We didn't encounter any problems that needed to be resolved during our stay, but the lessor Michelle was in constant communication with us and I have no doubts that she would have been happy to help with any issues. Whether you need a temporary home or are planning a short vacation, you should not hesitate to book this property!

Clean and centrally situated

Being in central Phoenix we were close to theatres, shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. We found the traffic heavy as we are used to farm living. The property was clean and neat and materials were left for daily cleanup. Michelle was very obliging, ensuring we had everything we needed for a positive stay. She was there to show us through the hose when we arrived, and made it convenient for us to leave when we were ready. She also insured we knew what was available in the neighbourhood for our use. All in all, it was a positive stay.
