Location! Jan 20 (check in) to Saturday, Jan. 27 (check out). No other dates available. Situated in town at the foot of Park City Main Street, the Marriott Summit Watch is the ideal location for Sundance festival events or skiing in the Park City area. This 5 star, well maintained resort is only one block from the Sundance and local Park City buses. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops--several are on the Marriott's central plaza . The convenient town ski lift to Park City Mountain is directly across the street via a pedestrian bridge. Or take the bus to Deer Valley or the Canyons--both are just a short distance away. Or even to the factory outlet stores.

All you need in a great location!
Marie was a great host and the villa was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and really comfortable but most of all its location is the winning point. So close to the town lift and Main Street on your doorstep. Only complaint was the faulty hairdryer.

Loved staying as Marie's guest. The place is so lovely to walk into. Everything is nice, clean and new. The location is exactly where we wanted to be on Main St. Every expectation was met, and I would definitely stay again!

Why they chose this property

This is my time share week at Marriott Summit Watch, which I have owned for over 20 years. The Summit Watch is a condo resort managed and maintained by Marriott.. All units are decorated and furnished the same and have recently been remodeled. This is a quality Marriott branded property. We have an underground parking garage, fitness center, heated pool and spas. There are restaurants on the plaza.

What makes this property unique

Great location and a comfortable condo with fireplace. Heated pool, spas, exercise facility. Easy access to town and restaurants and to skiing. Walk across pedestrian bridge to the town ski lift. You don't even need a car to get around. Just take a shuttle from the Salt Lake City airport and use the local Park City and Sundance transportation system. Also the Summit Watch has activities for children.
