The feel of going back in time approaching the large columns at the front entrance, entering the original french style front doors in the elegant foyer with the original but newly refinished 1930's hardwood floors that also flows into the Suite with mostly larger than standard rooms with classic trim, spacious porches with overhead, outdoor fans. But with very modern amenities including a full kitchen and the latest and most comfortable mattresses! These completely remodeled downtown Condo Suites are very spacious with approximately 1200 square feet each plus an additional 300 (+/-) square feet of outdoor covered porch/patio space (outdoor ceiling fan and cushioned furniture included). Indoor area includes everything you will need including a full size refrigerator, smooth top range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, overhead microwave, and top of the line Samsung washer/dryer with steam! It has the feel of the old south with original hardwood floors and cedar lined closets but with modern amenities such as granite counter tops, leather furniture and some of the most comfortable mattresses you will find! (All linens and a starting kit of toiletries also furnished). Also included is all cooking utensils, pots, pans, dinnerware etc.to cook a meal at home unless you decide to take a short walk downtown to many tasty cuisines. These Suites also have at least 14 large windows to allow alot of natural light in during the day. We also installed sound barriers around every Suite to allow for more privacy than you get in most rentals. Direct TV basic is also furnished!
