The house also has a living room kitchen with a large panoramic window overlooking the sea, a bathroom and a large balcony that enjoys a breathtaking view of the bay of Cava d'Aliga.
The sea can be reached on foot simply by crossing the road. Distance TWO MINUTES ON FOOT.
The beach is of fine sand and the sea is low to the shore for several meters, therefore ideal for younger children!
A diovanoletto in the kitchen makes it possible to host a fifth guest, pissibly a child.
