Newly Remodeled 3 Br/2.5 Ba Duplex Located Between Beaver Creek And Vail

Our home is a luxurious duplex located between Vail and Beaver Creek ski resorts. We are less than a 10 minute drive to either resort. In addition to being in the gorgeous Vail Valley our home is located next to majestic mountains and surrounded by tall and mature pine, spruce, aspen and other trees. A tranquil pond graces our backyard creating a serene setting for all seasons. In the summer golf options abound with the Eagle-Vail golf course is right outside the front door as well as many other terrific golf courses available throughout the Vail Valley. A nice pocket park is located just across our quiet cul de sac street for the kids to burn off some energy in the summer. Our home was completely and totally remodeled with high end finishes in 2012. It is appointed with double-slab granite counter tops, stainless appliances, alder wood cabinets throughout. Our mountain comfort furnishings, including a sizable sectional sofa, bunk beds in the kids' bedroom, a king sized bed in the master bedroom, and a queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom make our home a perfect family retreat!

  • The master bath en suite includes one sink with granite counter top, a large tub and a huge walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The guest bath is shared between bedroom 2 and the kids bunk room. It has a large glass door shower, nice sink with granite countertop and mirror, etc.

A walk in closet provides hanging storage and built in shelves store towels and extra linens. A flat panel TV with cable is also located in this room. The second bedroom is very large and has two closets a chest of drawers and an armoire for ample storage. This room has the best view in the house with the window looking out over Trout Pond! The kids bedroom is a large bunk room with 1 set of bunk beds, a single day bed, and plenty of room for the pull out trundle bed. The room includes a large chest of drawers and a closet.

Our newly remodeled (2012) duplex is situated on a wonderful pond with a back drop of majestic mountains and the Eagle-Vail golf course. Endless outdoor activities and adventures await just outside the door. Snowshoeing, skating, cross country skiing, sledding, in addition to world class alpine downhill skiing are all winter sport options. In the summer, enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing on the nearby Eagle River, whitewater rafting trips down the Colorado River, golf or just soaking up the sun on our large outdoor deck while looking at the pond.
