Studio VERY well equipped to spend a pleasant stay for two, in southern Corsica Porticcio.

Ideally located on the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, this fully renovated studio, available for your holidays in Corsica at low cost.




It is placed on the heights of Porticcio in a residence called TERRA BELLA-

   You will have free access to two
pools, one is located just 50 meters from the studio (opening May, depending on weather).


The main beach of Porticcio, shops,
bars and restaurants, the bank, the
bakery, tobacco, equestrian center
and a nightclub can be found in
only two minutes by car. there is also
many white sand beaches with water
turquoise in the surroundings,
 Ajaccio nearby, also has magnificent
beaches is about 15 minutes by car.

Porticcio is ideally located in Corsica.
At the heart of this island of beauty, it allows sightseeing from north to south of the island.
Beautiful beach near the studio.
The mountain walks are also accessible, not to be missed.

Porticcio is located about ten kilometers from Ajaccio by road, and 20 minutes by shuttle boat. The port and airport of Ajaccio are very close.

Magnifique vue sur la baie d’Ajaccio
Un 18m2 bien aménagé, exposé sud-ouest avec des superbes couché de soleil vue du balcon. 20 minutes pour aller à pied à la plage de Porticcio (30 minutes retour - ca monte!). Agréable résidence vacances des années 80 avec deux piscines. Je recommande !
