Review after 8days of stay
Pros:
Tucked away amidst olive trees and a farm, it's a good spot for a peaceful and private retreat. We were happy to have the garden and pool all to ourselves. Plus, the house was clean, and the availability of fresh towels and bed linens was a big plus for us.
Cons:
Now, onto a few hiccups we encountered during our stay, especially since we were doing our own cooking. The kettle was rusty inside, so we had to resort to using the pots (we bought a few to use there) to boil water. The dishwasher had a smell (we ran an empty cycle - didn't help), which meant we had to hand wash all our dishes. And to top it off, the oven had some rust issues, so we couldn't use it. It felt like the kitchen could use a bit more love and maintenance.
One more thing to note: the pool only seemed to get cleaned once every four days, which honestly wasn't enough. We think it should be cleaned at least every third day to keep it in usable shape.
