WE HAVE MADE MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES AND WE ARE READY TO SHARE THIS EXPERIENCE WITH OTHERS. THIS IS A PERFECT COTTAGE FOR A SMALL FAMILY BUT WILL ALSO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 6 PEOPLE. THE SEALE SHACK FEATURES 2 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS. MASTER HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM AND QUEEN SIZE BED. SECOND BEDROOM IS SET UP WITH BUNK STYLE DOUBLE SLEEPER ON BOTTOM AND SINGLE ON TOP, THERE IS ALSO A SINGLE SLEEPER TRUNDLE PULL OUT. EACH BEDROOM IS SET UP WITH THEIR OWN TV'S /INDIVIDUALLY CONTROLLED AC AND HEATING UNITS . DINNER SEATING FOR ENTIRE FAMILY. LAUNDRY LOCATED INSIDE JUST OFF THE KITCHEN. GALLEY STYLE KITCHEN WITH ALL AMENITIES. PROPANE BBQ ABLE TO GRILL UP TO 10 STEAKS! GARAGE FULL OF TOYS INCLUDING SUP / BIKES / BOOGIE BOARDS / SKATEBOARDS/ TENNIS RACKETS / SAND TOYS AND MORE! SINGLE CAR GARAGE PARKING BUT CAN ONLY FIT A VEHICLE NO LONGER THAN 192". This home will be delivered to each guest in a professionally cleaned condition. This property is professionally deep cleaned after each guest with our normal focus on highly touched areas and extra care to deep clean every area exposed to use. Fantastic Beach House!
Our family had a great time staying at the Seale Shack! The house is in a perfect location, just steps to the beach, and comes fully stocked with everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation. The house was very well kept, very clean, and in great condition. Linda was an awesome host and responded quickly to any messages. It was very obvious that Linda takes pride in this home and wants her guests to feel welcome and have a wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the Seale Shack to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thanks, Linda!

Fantastic stay!
We had such a wonderful stay at the Seale Shack. It met the needs of our family perfectly (we traveled with our 2 year old and 6 year old). Our favorite thing by far is the proximity to the beach, and all of the beach accoutrement that was supplied - towels, chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The property was very comfortable, and it was really nice to not have any stairs (everywhere else we've stayed in Mission Beach is a multi story building). All in all a really great stay!

Perfect location and patio!
This beach house is fantastic! It was clean, cute and comfortable. The garage was very well stocked with beach stuff. We really enjoyed our stay. The front patio is the perfect place to sit and relax and people watch. Must get cinnamon rolls from Olive! Perfect location just a few steps to the beach and easy walk to PB. Only suggestion would be to have a couch and gas fire pit on patio. We spent a lot of time hanging out there! Overall a great stay and we would stay there again.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was the best location — close to the beach, close to lots of restaurants, across the street from a coffee shop… everything! We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful Stay
My husband, mother in law, two children (3yr & 6yr), and myself traveled from Dallas to stay here. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We always felt safe and would stay here again.

ORIGINAL BEACH COTTAGE IN MISSION BEACH. ONLY A FEW OF THESE ORIGINAL BEACH COTTAGES REMAIN. RENAMED THE 'SEALE SHACK' AFTER OUR PURCHASE IN 2010, HOPEFULLY YOU WILL AGREE THAT THE LOCATION AND AMBIANCE IS EXACTLY WHAT A BEACH EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE. BUILT IN 1920 IT IS COMPLETELY REMODELED TO THE CURRENT CONDITION WITH NO DETAILS OVERLOOKED. YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WILL ENJOY THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO BEACH, BAY AND LOCAL SIGHTS.

I HAVE TAKEN GREAT CARE TO DECORATE AND CREATE A WONDERFUL BEACH EXPERIENCE. YOU ARE LITERALLY STEPS TO THE BEACH AND BOARDWALK AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BAY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET. ADVERSTISED RATE MAY SEEM HIGHER THAN MOST SURROUNDING THIS MARKET BUT TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION ALL THE TOYS THE SEALE SHACK COMES WITH YOU ARE ACTUALLY SAVING MONEY AND TIME NOT HAVING TO RUN ALL OVER THE PLACE TO RENT THE ITEMS! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION IS WHAT YOU ARE GETTING! I TAKE PRIDE ON KEEPING THE SEALE SHACK NICE AND TIDY / WARM AND INVITING AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXPERIENCE THIS AS SOON AS YOU STEP THRU THE DOORS. IF YOU STAY ONCE YOU WILL PROBABLY NOT BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE IN MISSION BEACH BECAUSE YOUR EXPERIENCE AT THE SEALE SHACK WILL BE THE BEST EVER AS MANY OF MY GUEST HAVE REPEATED THEIR EXPERIENCE WITH THE SEALE SHACK OVER AND OVER!
