This is a fully equipped/furnished villa, that is brand new, with construction completed in August of 2013. It features a flat bottom swimming pool with a large outdoor terrace. There are also plenty of trees for a cool, shaded backyard. Other features include underfloor heating, large dual-pane panoramic windows in the living-room, and a beautiful and spacious indoor mezzanine with a modern television, reading corner, and a stunning view of the landscape.

Que du bonheur !
Que dire, mise à part parfait ! Nous avons passé 3 semaines formidables. La maison est spacieuse, confortable et meublée avec goût. Elle est parfaitement située, très au calme mais pourtant à proximité de ce si joli village. La région est très belle et les activités touristiques ne manquent pas. Une mention spéciale aux propriétaires qui sont très accueillants, disponibles et prévenants. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation. Merci aux propriétaires d'avoir participé à ces belles vacances.

Superbe maison neuve, confortable et très agréable
Nous venons de passer 4 jours très agréables dans la nouvelle maison de Marc & Christine. Rien de mieux pour débuter l été! La maison est très spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Elle est située près du centre ville d Eyragues tout en étant très au calme en pleine verdure. Marc & Christine ont construit cette maison pour eux et ça se voit! Nos enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine qui est bien ensoleillée. Marc & Christine sont très accueillants et arrangeant. Ils nous ont même prêter un barbecue, plus grand que celui mise à disposition dans la maison pour recevoir nos amis. Ils connaissent très bien la région. Eyragues est un village charmant, idéalement situé pour visiter la région (très près de saint remy, avignon, baux de provence etc ...). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

The Cascadelle is a lovely comfortable villa, located in a quiet neighborhood nestled amongst trees, in the middle of the French Provence countryside. The Provence region is pleasant place to visit any time of the year. The cicadas and the small waterfall will give you a fresh change of scenery. The large outdoor terrace and its barbecue are perfect for those peaceful, relaxing Provence evenings. The many traditional events of the nearby village (named Eyragues) will keep you well entertained.
