The house underwent a radical renovation completed in 2023. I renovated it as if it were for me. The house is located in a truly unique position, overlooking the entire Gulf of Asinara surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and countryside. From the house you can see the nearby new olive grove and the old centuries-old one, where I produce an excellent organic oil, you can experience the magic of nature, the tranquility despite being only 1000 meters from the town and 1700 meters from the square.
Castelsardo is a medieval town, with a beautiful historic center, located in a strategic position compared to the other most beautiful destinations in Northern Sardinia. It is about 32 km from Porto Torres airport.
In Castelsardo there is also a well-equipped tourist port from which excursions to Asinara depart and where you can rent dinghies or boats even with a skipper.
Its crystal clear sea with breathtaking colors is the ideal place for spear fishing and diving, there are several diving centers that offer visits to real pearls. Worth noting is the excellent surf school on the nearby Lu Bagnu beach.
