Sonoran desert style home, very bright, ideally located in N. Phoenix. Easy access to AZ 101, AZ 51 and I 17 to explore Phoenix, Scottsdale and beyond (Flagstaff, Sedona). In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to movies, dining, shopping, spas, golf courses.
This is our primary home and we pay a lot of attention to small details. We love, minimalist environments, with lots of bright light and a mix of modern and ethnic decor.
The house is 2 bedroom/2 bath plus den with approx. 1,900 sq. ft of living space and an open and bright floor plan. Includes a two car covered garage. The backyard has Sonoran Desert landscaping, with a covered terrace, grass area and private non-heated pool with deck. There is no barbecue grill. Guests will have the house for themselves and will not be sharing it. The house fits 4 people comfortably, with option for 2 more guests to stay in the sofa bed by the Den.
The master bedroom is very large and with lots of natural light. It has a king Tempurpedic bed. The master bath is open with granite shower and bath tub and a walk in closet.
The guest bedroom is smaller and has a double-sized bed and a TV with Cable Service. The guest bathroom is adjacent and recently renovated with granite shower.
The Den has a sofa bed (double size) and a 50' HDTV equipped with Cable Service and a Chromecast device from Google for Video on Demand (VOD) streaming. There is WiFi through the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, cooking range, oven, reverse osmosis water filter, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster and full set of silverware.
There is a 3rd bedroom in the house where we keep our belongings and which you will not have access.
This is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING home. We rent to adults over 30 yrs with NO KIDS as the pool is not fenced.
We also ask to respect the neighbors and keep any noise or music to acceptable limits and no loud conversations, noise or music after 10:00PM in the backyard. We love our neighbors, they love us too and plan to keep it that way!
Housecleaning service - once per week - can be included for an additional fee for guests staying one or more weeks. If you are interested, please ask.
Cashman Park is behind the house and across the street, with playgrounds, barbecue areas and a big open field to play ball. Adjacent to the park there is Public School. Have in mind that there might be kids’ activity and some noise during the day coming from the park and school.
