Villa située entre mer et montagne, au cœur du vignoble corse, sans vis a vis à 10 minutes de le mer.
Notre location pourra accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes désireuses de se ressourcer en bordure de maquis sauvage à flanc de montagne.
Notre maison est composé de 3 grande chambre simple mais très confortable.
Le barbecue vous assurera des soirées inoubliables.
La rivière quasi privée et proche de la location (2 min à pied) plaira autant aux amateurs de baignade qu'aux pêcheurs en tout genre.
Pour les amateurs de chasse, la proximité avec le maquis en fait un terrain de chasse idéal. Le propriétaire des lieux ne manquera de vous mettre en relation avec d'autres passionné de la région.
Les arbres fruitiers bordant la propriété feront le bonheur des plus gourmands (jujube, clémentine, figues, raisins, cerises ... ).
Enfin le propriétaire des lieux ne manquera pas de vous accueillir avec un panier garni de fruits frais de saison accompagné d'une bouteille de vin !(piscine privé de 5 mètres sur 10).

Super séjour !
Superbe propriété, au calme et sans vis à vis tout en restant proche des commerces. Fidèle à la description. Nous avons passé un excellent et magnifique séjour dans cette belle villa spacieuse, avec vue sur les vignes et la grande piscine privée. Idéal en famille ou entre amis! Le propriétaire est très accueillant , prévenant et disponible pour toutes questions. A refaire sans hésitation !!!

Perfekte Erholung
Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub abseits vom Rummel. Tolle ruhige Lage, angenehmer Vermieter. Komplett ausgestattet und reichlich Platz. Vielleicht noch eine kleine "Anregung" an Jean Marie: Klimaanlage wäre von Vorteil und eine kleine Hängematte (oder so) beim großen schattigen Baum im Garten wäre ein Traum :-)

Inmitten von Reben, Feigen- und Mandarinenbäumen, geräumiges Haus mit grossem Pool.
Ab der Hauptstrasse führt ein steiniger Weg, ca. 200m zum Haus. Das Areal ist komplett eingezäunt und mit einem elektrischen Tor versehen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und Komfort. Es gibt ein grosser Pool unterhalb der Terrasse mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Die Terrasse ist mit Sonnensegel versehen und geben entsprechenden Schatten. Seitlich ist eine weitere Terrasse mit Pergola (leider etwas abgestorben) und einer Feuerstelle, Holz steht zur Verfügung. Im Haus hat es alle notwendige Einrichtungen. Vielleicht könnte man zu jedem Kochtopf noch den passenden Deckel bereitstellen. Die Lage absolut idyllisch, ruhig und man ist für sich, keine Nachbarn. Ans Meer und zum Einkauf sind es ca. 15 Minuten, auch für weitere Ausflüge ist man sehr zentral gelegen, ausser zur Westküste .Der Besitzer, J.M Rafoni, ist freundlich, fröhlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Jedes Mal wenn er vorbeikam hat er eine Kleinigkeit mitgebracht. Als unser Auto, infolge eines Marderschaden ausfiel, hat er uns sofort geholfen einen Mietwagen zu organisieren. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen ein weiteres Mal diese Haus zu mieten. Besten Dank nochmals für alles, Urs und Bruno

Viel Platz und absolute Ruhe in guter Entfernung zu vielen attraktiven Zielen
Hr. Rafonis wunderbares Ferienhaus liegt auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Drei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 8 Schlafmöglichkeiten boten Platz und Luft für unsere Familie mit zwei Teenagern. Es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, was Ruhe und Privatsphäre garantiert. Neben zwei großen Terrassen mit Grill und Pool gibt es eine voll eingerichtete Küche und ein tolles Außenbad, welches wir ausschließlich genutzt haben. Als das Wifi nicht ging (Kabelschaden auf der Zufahrtstraße), hat sich Hr. Rafoni sofort darum gekümmert. Superstrände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Berg- und Flussbadetouren sind alle in guter Entfernung erreichbar. Einziges Manko: Für unsere sehr 'lange' Familie waren einige Betten etwas kurz. Die zweite (kleine) Einschränkung - der evtl. etwas zu kleine Pool - wird in diesem Jahr behoben, weil umgebaut. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit sehr nettem Vermieter. Freundlicher Mitbewohner: Mr Rafoni Junior - eine sympathische Katze - also nichts für Tierhaarallergiker:)!
