a castle life near the Loire castles, tastefully furnished with a harmonious blend of different eras. Library of over 5000 books. Park with pools, source (historic) and small chapel at the end of the terrace. For indoor leisure activities in the park: possibility of using medieval costumes and making mini-films. Propreté générale à revoir. Salle de bain dégoûtante. Ballon d'eau chaude mal dimensionné pour 18. Résultat douche à l'eau froide. Le mitigeur est hors d'usage. Literie hors d'usage et extrêmement sale. Couverture, d'un autre temps. Plus de fuel ...et le propriétaire n'a pas voulu en remettre. Résultat 15°C lors de notre arrivée. L'électricité n'est pas aux normes, les plombs ont sautés plusieurs fois. La cheminée n'est pas ramonée et fume énormément. Les extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus et impossible de profiter du jardin (hauteur de pelouse 80 cm) Le salon est mitoyen avec des voisins .. et il ne faut pas faire de bruit. Bref location trompeuse et en très mauvais état. Dommage il y a du potentiel et la localisation est idéale pour visiter Tours et ses alentours.

Le lieu est charmant et très bien placé, avec un beau parc au calme. Ideal pour un groupe important qui veut se retrouver.

Manoir dans son jus
Nous avons passé un bon weekend à 18 entre amis, parents et enfants. La maison permet de loger tout le monde, grande table de salle à manger, cuisine bien équipée et vaisselle ok. Grand parc où les enfants se sont bien amusés. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Dans les points négatifs, on signale le niveau de propreté qui nous a semblé en dessous du minimal, la literie de même et le léger bruit de fond de l'autoroute. Enfin, la maison est dans une propriété avec d'autres corps de batiments, dont un mitoyen avec donc d'autres occupants. Cela ne nous a pas gênés pendant ce weekend mais c'est bon à savoir.
