Situated in a peaceful location in the heart of the Dolomites, the world's most beautiful mountains.

The apartment is in a old house but completely renewed and with all comforts, the wooden interior creates a pleasant and warm atmosphere.

From it you can enjoy a wonderful view on the most famous peaks, such as the Marmolada, Tofane and Civetta.

Just from the flat you can start plenties of excursions for all tastes, historical-natural routes with wonderful view on the dolomites and castles.
It is a perfect place for mountain-biking, both on and off-road, the Dolomite passes are world-reknown for their sceneries (Pordoi, Sella, Gardena and Falzarego).

In winter it's a paradise for skiers, the dolomiti superski can be accessed in Arabba (9 km away) and the "Sellaronda" tour is a must for all who feel passionate about mountain and wintersport.

The marvelous place!
The house is really great, big enough for the company of 8 people, fully equipped and is situated in such a beautiful place! Communication with the host was very quick and easy. Arabba is only 10-15 minutes away but you need chains in case of ice or snow. I would highly recommend the apartment!

Splendido panorama, casa isolata e tranquilla, proprietari molto disponibili
Casa ampia su due livelli, perfetta per 6 persone, buona soluzione per 7, ok anche per 8 con un po' di sacrificio. È penalizzata un po' dall'unico bagno e da una scala molto ripida e stretta per accedere al piano superiore, non adatta a bambini piccoli o a persone anziane o corpulente. Buona la dotazione di attrezzature ed utensili da cucina. Splendida vista, posizione supertranquilla, è necessaria l'auto per raggiungere gli impianti di risalita, ma in soli 15' si arriva ad Arabba. in inverno la strada stretta e piuttosto ripida in alcuni punti richiede assolutamente le gomme termiche e con molta neve anche le catene; con auto a trazione integrale e le gomme termiche non abbiamo avuto problemi nonostante le abbondanti nevicate. Ottimo comunque il servizio degli spalaneve. La vacanza è stata molto soddisfacente, ottimo il rapporto con i proprietari, gentili e disponibili, molto buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo, consiglio sicuramente questa soluzione a chiunque ami tranquillità e solitudine e un ambiente semplice e famigliare.

Séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé deux semaines en juillet 2016 : quatre adultes et trois enfants (5ans, 3 ans et 8 mois).A l'arrivée, la route sur laquelle il y a peu d'endroits de croisement sur 2,5 km nous a donné une impression d'enfermememt. La situation dans un environnement très pentu nous a inquiété pour les enfants. A l'usage la route n'a posé aucun problème, et il a été possible pour les enfants de jouer à l'extérieur sur place. La situation en pleine montagne devant les faces N de la Civetta et de la Marmolada est magnifique. On ne peut rêver mieux pour grimper : en une heure maximum on peut atteindre le Catinaccio, les tours de Sella, la Civetta, les Tofana, les Cinque Torri, la Marmolada et les Tre Cime! La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Il manque juste un four, un grille pain et... un panier à salade. Le propriétaire a un atelier au sous-sol et vient assez souvent sur place, mais il est très sympathique.

Excellent stay!
We spent a lovely vacation with my family in this typical chalet in the heart of the dolomites. The owners were very responsive, available and kind. The chalet is clean, spacious and perfect for families with kids.
