You're relaxing vacation begins the minute you walk in the door! With many new updates in this house you will never know that you are in the quaint and historic part of Mission Beach. This property sits on Mission Bay Boardwalk, overlooking the sandy beach and sail boats docked in the water. Walk one block to the opposite side of the peninsula to enjoy waves and our classic San Diego sunsets.

Some features are the dual paned windows that will make it quiet and cozy for your vacation nights and the rare beach feature of A/C will keep you cool while you sleep the night away! There is a washer and dryer and garage parking as well!

Newly renovated and designed rooms make this property the perfect home away from home. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked for meal preparation, dining and entertaining. The living room is equipped with a flat screen with cable. There are new cozy beds in each bedroom and the sofa has a pull out bed.

The first floor living room, kitchen and dining room opens right up to the patio and Mission Bay. After an amazing day on the sand or thrilling rides at Belmont Park you can head out to the patio for “dinner alfresco” and grill up on the outdoor BBQ.

The second floor queen bedroom is right next to the bedroom with the 1-2-1 bunk beds, both have balconies. Great for moms, dads and kids to occupy this floor together. The bathroom on this level has a tub...great for soaking the sand off.

The master bedroom suite occupies the entire third floor and has its own private balcony. You'll never want to leave!

Therefore, we respectfully request Primary Renter and Guests display behavior that is becoming of a normal neighborhood environment. Home owners across San Diego are banning together to eliminate the rentals of private homes as vacation homes due, primarily, to noise disruption. Please help us preserve our right to rent by being respectful neighbors. Excessive noise violations and disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits. Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed on this property.

Great house, great views!

This is a nice clean house with friendly service from the rental company. Gorgeous morning views of the sun rising over the bay. Sit on the patio and watch the boardwalk and the activity on the bay. It's a short walk to rent SUPs, kayaks, sailing lessons, etc. We rode bikes around the bay (less crazy than the beach side) and we walked to dinner every night. The tandem garage held 2 small SUVs without a problem. Extra beach chairs, boogie boards and beach towels on site. We loved it!

Location location location

We have just spent our last day in this beautiful rental. We had stayed in a property on the ocean side boardwalk 5 years ago and hesitated to stay on the Bay side but no more. Location was fantastic. You can literally see your way to the ocean a few steps from the property. The bay side is less busy than the ocean side so you get the best of both worlds. The property is beautiful. There was more than enough room for the 4 of us. Our teenagers didn’t want to leave because they had a floor to themselves. And the master suite is amazing. Beautiful and spacious at the same time. Cindy was awesome to do business with. Very attentive to our emails and questions. Cindy, we will be back!!!!! Thanks so much!!!

The place had a beautiful view and great bedrooms

The kitchen lacked a functioning ice maker keurig and broken kitchen screen. Also all base boards were dirty through out house. Plus flies flies and more flies!

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for the compliments on our unit! The view is pretty awesome and we are glad you enjoyed it. You guys were great guests! We are very sorry about the items that were not functioning properly and that your stay was not 5 stars. When you reported the screen and the Keurig we offered to come right away and you said no. So it is sad for us that this is reported here in our review as a negative. The ice maker we knew nothing about...In our arrival instructions letter and in our check in note inside the home we ask that any items our guests encounter that are not in working order or need attention (including any items that were possibly missed during cleaning) to call us right away and we will attend to it immediately. Whole home rental is unique in the sense that we do our best to find any issues before our guests check in but if we miss it we can't know about it unless informed. would please us greatly if flies did not exist...but sadly, we have no control over them. Our city has responded to pest problems by providing 2 trash pick ups per week which has helped...but with any warm weather area, they just seem to be a part of the vacationing crowd. Not a fault of our home owners or the management of this property. But thanks again for staying with us and hopefully you had a great time!

Beautiful Condo

This is a truly beautiful condo. We arrived for a sibling get together/50th birthday celebration. There was certainly enough room for everyone. The master suite on the 3rd floor is absolutely amazing. Perfect location and easy to walk to restaurants.

Great family beach house

We found this beach house to be perfect for our family which included grandchildren from 3 to 11 years. It was beautifully decorated and maintained and accessible to the bay in front and the ocean a couple of blocks away. It was also located close enough to the zoo and aquarium to make them easy to get to for day trips. We'd rent this property again in the future.

Gorgeous Beach House!

We were warmly welcomed to this wonderful rental! It is just as pictured, beautifully maintained, simply & tastefully decorated. We are a family of 8, 6 kids ranging from teens to 5 months and everyone had a bed-great space & plenty of room. The master suite is a beatiful dream. The location is wonderful, wake up to gorgeous sunrises & a 5 minute walk to gorgeous sunsets. Beach toys, chairs & boogie boards provided. Well stocked kitchen & outdoor grill to make your meals. Short walks to great restaurants. Our only regret is having to leave! We highly recommend this rental!
