This is a fantastic space that has not only great decor but great function and room. We have a full kitchen, dining table, washer / dryer, WIFI and more. This is so much more than a hotel. You have over 1200sqft of space.

Our internet is fantastically fast and we have longer term guests that make our apartments really be a home away from home.

We are nearby to shopping like Walmart, Food City and other retails stores and offer great quality restaurants nearby like Gelato Brothers Dessert Bar and the Creek Cafe a fine local sandwich shop.

Remember you are on a second story in this location.

We live just about 1 mile from this location and are able to help if you have any trouble. We also commonly give advice on places to eat or shop via text or messaging here. We want to be your local guide during your stay.

This unit is right above the DCS building (State of Tennessee office). The location is safe, well lighted and has other traffic from the office below but is very quite in the evenings and weekends. Here is a video of the entry to the unit. https://youtu.be/HMW8DpIW7NU

We are right on Highway 11e and only 1/2 mile from our local full service hospital. We are easy to find and fast to get to from any of our major interstates. You are just 5 minutes from a super walmart and many shops. Make sure to try our Gelato Brothers dessert bar nearby.

This unit is a great place for a quick trip to the smoky mountains or business trips to Knoxville or Morristown. We feel that our apartment will be your home away from home.

Great place. Well stocked with extras. Shower was a bit harsh. You may want to consider changing the shower head to something less direct, but the water pressure was great!

Perfect get away
We had a wonderful experience here. Very clean and we didn't have to purchase things like coffee, creamer, salt/pepper, detergent for our week stay. We will stay here again!

The place was fantastic! Temperature was great, beds were very comfortable, plenty of amenities including washer/dryer! The owner is very responsive to any questions and even offered to come by to show me how to work the TV. I’d definitely book with them again!

Odd location, poor prep by manager and ongoing AC issues
Apartment was dirty from last guest upon our arrival. Beds slept in, towels on bathroom floor, trash full and food on counters. Very hot. Contacted property manager. He replied promptly and sent me to adjacent apartment. It was clean but the heat had been left on and it was 89 degrees. It had been an 83 degree day so no relief by opening windows. Thermostat was adjusted and began cooling but stopped about 45 minutes later. Another call/fix. It worked but never cooled enough to sleep comfortably. Same thing happened second night. It was hot when we arrived around 7pm. Another call. Another fix. Another stop. Another call, another fix. Another uncomfortable night. The apartments are beautifully furnished and the property manager was responsive but it was a challenging stay.

Why they chose this property

Many years ago this second story space in this building was my office space for our family business. We later moved to another location and this space remained vacant for many years. One day we just knew we could make this space special for residential stays and that's exactly what we did. We split the space into two apartments and gave them a great finish.

What makes this property unique

With frontage right on Hwy 11e our location is easy to find and easy to get to the major areas of commerce from the Sevierville areas to our local industrial cities like Morristown or Jefferson City.

Our main advantage is style and space. We have made these unit a joy to stay in and a place of relaxation. We hope you can stay with us.
