Nestled in a quiet gated community near Red Mountain Ranch, this comfortable home offers mountain views and natural desert landscapes. The interior has been completely remodeled, with granite countertops, new light fixtures, gas stovetops, built-in microwave, and a spacious pantry with sliding doors in the kitchen. The main living area has an open floor plan shared with the kitchen sitting area and is equipped with vaulted ceilings, leather couches, new carpet, a Vizio brand large flatscreen TV, a modern-style rectangular black ceiling fan, and a stereo receiver with speakers built into the wall.

The master suite provides a king size bed, TV, matching nightstands, and a large window for beautiful views of the desert and mountains outdoors. The master bath features all new white countertops, his/hers sinks, travertine floors, a shower with a removable/adjustable shower head, and a roomy walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms come with a queen size bed, each with its own TV. The xeriscaped backyard transitions well to the natural desert and Las Sendas golf course that back up to the property. The area surrounding the private pool provides ample seating and dining areas, with a covered patio, gas grill, plenty of walkway lighting, and a firepit on the far side of the property.

  • Rate discounts are available for Saturday-to-Saturday stays. Minimum night stay requirements are affected by whether or not your projected stay creates calendar efficiency by tagging onto already existing booking dates. All occupancies require that renters post a $500 Property Services and Contract Compliance Deposit with special terms and conditions. Renters may pay the post departure clean-up fees called a "make-ready fee" as a flat fee of $200 at the time of booking, or renters may pay the actual cleanup charges after departure from the home.

    The nightly rates quoted in the rate chart or displayed on any third-party advertisement is an average of the base rent for periods of time described as a Seasons. The rate offered for particular travel dates are always dynamically calculated and can only be obtained by inputting specific "Arrival" and Departure" dates and waiting for the inquiry to produce a rate result which is the "Rate Offer" which must be paid in order to consummate any legal contract to rent the property. The dynamic nature of this process results in a different rate for almost every night of the year. As such, the rates displayed on the static rate chart may not reflect the rate you are dynamically offered or pay. The rate chart is inherently limited and does not include rate premiums for holidays, special events, or pricing variables including: #1) the current levels of vacancy for similar properties in the same geographical area #2) the number of nights of the prospective stay #3) the specific nights of the week being included in the rate quote #4) the number of nights until the projected stay arrival date #5) whether or not your prospective dates create calendar efficiencies or inefficiencies on the arrival or departure side of your projected stay #6) the number of persons in traveling group.
