This impressively spacious six-bedroom, three-bathroom home is located in a Litchfield Park gated community close to plenty of golf courses, major freeways, and the University of Phoenix Stadium. The entire home has been remodeled, with all new state-of-the-art appliances in the kitchen. The living room offers an L-shaped leather couch and recliner, a gas fireplace, a leather ottoman, and new carpet. Outdoors you'll find an attached pool and spa with a diving board, a sport court with tennis and basketball capabilities, plenty of grass, seating areas, and a lemon tree. This house was built on a large lot, and since the front is close to the street, the property offers much more room in the backyard than other homes do in the community.

Downstairs after walking in through the double doors, to your right will be a regulation size pool table and extra seating areas. The laundry room with a full washer/dryer will be on your left adjacent to the three-car garage. Upstairs is another seating area with a wireless printer, just in case you can't quite escape work on your vacation. The master bedroom has a private upstairs balcony accessible through the master bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, separate tub, a walk-in closet with two doors, and brand new soft carpet. Other highlights for the master suite include a king size bed and a TV. The downstairs bedroom is configured with a queen bed as well as three of the bedrooms upstairs. The bedroom facing north is configured with a twin.

    The nightly rates quoted in the rate chart or displayed on any third-party advertisment is an average of the base rent for periods of time described as a Seasons. The rate offered for particular travel dates are always dynamically calculated and can only be obtained by inputting specific "Arrival" and Departure" dates and waiting for the inquiry to produce a rate result which is the "Rate Offer" which must be paid in order to consummate any legal contract to rent the property. The dynamic nature of this process results in a different rate for almost every night of the year. As such, the rates displayed on the static rate chart may not reflect the rate you are dynamically offered or pay. The rate chart is inherently limited and does not include rate premiums for holidays, special events, or pricing variables including: #1) the current levels of vacancy for similar properties in the same geographical area #2) the number of nights of the prospective stay #3) the specific nights of the week being included in the rate quote #4) the number of nights until the projected stay arrival date #5) whether or not your prospective dates create calendar efficiencies or inefficiencies on the arrival or departure side of your projected stay #6) the number of persons in traveling group.
