ideally located on the beach of Seignosse bourdaines which takes place every year one of the stages of the world championship of surfing, this charming villa patio (ground floor + floor) you will enjoy the beach, golf (2km) in a protected area with its walled garden and without any opposite .This very sunny house with large windows consists of a ground floor (living room, dining area and kitchen + bathroom) and a floor (2 bedrooms, 1 with bath and sink) fully renovated and decorated with care for the new season, this ideal location will allow more of the beach to enjoy Hossegor (5km), Capbreton, visit Bayonne (30mn), Biarritz (40mn) and discover the Basque Country and even Spain .The owner residing within 5km will be happy to communiquer'les tips' and 'good places' arrival.

Maison idéalement située pour les amoureux des grandes plages. Confortable et très bien décorée. On s'y s'en comme à la maison. Accueil très chaleureux d'Emmanuelle qui s'est rendue disponible pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ. Excellent week-end.

Très plaisant et bien situé
La maison est fonctionnelle et très proche de la plage. Le petit jardin devant la maison est à l’ombre, il est plaisant d’y prendre les repas. Bien équipée (machine à laver, ventilateurs, lave vaisselle, four. Micro onde. Grand parasol), tout permet de passer un bon séjour. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
