Rundum schön
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen und geschmackvollen Haus und der beeindruckenden Umgebung. Sehr freundlicher und netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die sich sehr darum gekümmert hat, dass es uns gut ging. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Modernes Haus in ruhiger Lage an einem traumhaft schönen Stand
Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns als Familie mit unserem Hund in dem Haus von Gaelle super wohl gefühlt. Wir waren über Ostern eine Woche dort. Allein die Außenanlage mit den verschiedenen Ruheplätzen im Garten und auf der Terrasse lädt zum entspannen ein. Im Sommer ist das sicherlich noch viel schöner, wenn es abends lange hell und warm bleibt. An dem großen Gartentisch kann man dann auch schön frühstücken. Im April war es dafür einfach noch zu kalt und zu nass morgens. Das Gartentor auf, ein paar Schritte über die Wiese auf dem Deich und schon ist man am Meer. Bei Ebbe kann man dort sehr weit hinaus laufen. Der Strand ist ein Traum. Bei Flut kann man auf dem Deich spazieren gehen. Das Haus ist durch die vielen Fenster schön hell. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns gut. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen direkten Zugang zu einem sehr modernen Bad. Die beiden oberen Schlafzimmer sind nur durch eine sehr steile Treppe bzw. durch eine Wendeltreppe zu erreichen, was für uns in Ordnung war. Es gibt ein weiteres, sehr kleines Bad, das über die steile Treppe zu erreichen ist. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine separate Toilette. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, ein großer Kühlschrank mit ebenso großem Eisfach ermöglicht es, dass man sich gut selbst versorgen kann. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Man muss beachten, dass Strom/Wasser nach Verbrauch, sowie Bettwäsche und die Endreinigung separat bezahlt werden und nicht im Mietpreis enthalten sind. Hinzu kommt die Zahlung einer Kaution, die wir direkt nach unserem Aufenthalt wieder erstattet bekommen haben. Fußläufig gibt es keine Infrastruktur, da die Landschaft stark von Landwirtschaft geprägt ist. Das hat nicht nur viel Ruhe sondern auch frische Produkte von den Landwirten aus der unmittelbaren Umgebung zum Vorteil. In Cleder (10 Minuten Autofahrt) gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Der Supermarkt ist sehr gut und auch die beiden Bäckereien im Ort haben eine breite Auswahl. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Gaelle war einwandfrei, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen das Haus und die Vermieterin uneingeschränkt weiter.

Très belle location: très lumineuse, chaleureuse grâce à une décoration top. Maison très propre à l’arrivée. Vue magnifique sur la mer ! Nous recommandons cette adresse et nous nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine. Maison encore mieux que les photos… propre, très bonne literie, décorée avec goût… rien ne manque… le fait d’être à proximité de la mer est un luxe. Propriétaire adorable. Encore merci à elle. Allez-y les yeux fermés.
