This delightful little cape sits on 7 acres of perhaps one of the areas most valuable and most admired parcels, with nearly 280 degrees of surrounding ocean views. Overlooking the causeway, causeway beach, Deer Isle bridge, multiple islands, Eggemoggin Reach, and adjacent to 20 acres of Island Heritage Trust lands (Scotts Landing), this cottage offers an incredible vacation experience for two. The cottage itself is modest, cozy, comfortable and well supplied. The living and dining area look north to Eggemoggin Reach, and the kitchen looks to Causeway Beach and beyond. The master bedroom is off the dining area and includes a full bath. The cottage has its own dock and sandy beach. Walk to adjacent Scotts Landing for easy hiking and exploring. A favorite place for bird watching. There is also a small tidal pond on the property.

Maine week getaway
Enjoyed the remote cottage. Very peaceful! Only reason gave 4 for cleanliness was because we found some broken shards of glass on the kitchen floor and in the dining room by the window on the floor.

Gorgeous views with stunning sunrises and sunsets. Great kayaking. Nature preserve steps away for hiking. Beach across the road is not ideal for swimming. Near the main road, but relatively quiet.
