I live in Florida and have owned with Solmar resorts since 1996. I'm a full-time house/pet sitter so although I don't have reviews on this site, I can provide multiple, excellent reviews from other sites including AirBnb reviews.
My original unit at the Solmar was torn down and upgraded to The Grand Solmar Lands End Resort and Spa in 2011 on Solmar Beach. Although a luxury level resort, it is a very casual atmosphere and the best staff ever! Service is beyond compare to anywhere I've traveled in the world. Solmar Beach is a private beach so you can enjoy a peaceful walk without vendors bothering you. It is also walking distance to the marina, shops and restaurants in downtown Cabo. I personally don't rent a car but free parking is available at the resort if you choose to. I use the resort shuttle to/from the airport which is $42 (need to verify) per person roundtrip. Taxi's to downtown Cabo are ~$8 and the rate is per taxi not per person. I can provide you with recommended restaurants, beaches, tours, etc. This is a confirmed week from 2/13-2/20/21 so you will get my exact unit. It's on the 9th floor with a beautiful view, 6903. All my pictures are from my unit except for the kitchen but it's the same kitchen as is in mine. My week is fixed and doesn't need confirmed so if you want to rent it I can confirm with you immediately. I can also book for other weeks but will need to confirm availability for weeks other than 2/13-2/20/21.

Fixed week so you know the building and unit you are getting - exceptional view from the 9th floor, 6903. The week starts on 2/13/21 at a very beautiful location with stunning views. My week is fixed and doesn't need confirmed with the resort, so if you want to rent it I can confirm with you immediately.
