Arese, beautiful Villa 5 minutes from Rho Fiera metro

Ideally very quiet, nice Near Rho Fiera Milano in the countryside.
House very quiet. Great for sports activities, 3 km from the Groane Park.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and shops just a few meters from the house.
Milano Viale Certosa a 5-minute drive.
The owners are able to provide information for the means of transport and possibly make available a car. The rooms are so divided, 1 double, one with double beds and sofa, one with single bed, three bathrooms, living room with dining room with fireplace, kitchen with dining room and tavern with music room. In the garden you can eat, sunbathe, take walks inside the Groane park, in the summer in the nearby Villa Arconati di Castellazzo, (3 km from the house, reachable on foot) where every year international concerts are held, and it is also possible to take a guided tour inside the Villa, where Napoleon Bonaparte seems to have stayed.
The Residence where the villa is located has a condominium swimming pool, very well equipped, with a lifeguard 10 hours a day, sunbeds and umbrellas.
The pool is subject to charges. The cost per person per day is € 6.

Belle maison de vacances. Les propriétaires se sont montrés très gentils. Bonne literie Bonne situation géographique pour profiter de la région de Milan et des lacs. Prévoir l'antimoustique Le prix de la piscine reste pour moi excessif même s'il s'agit d'une belle piscine surveillée par un maître nageur.

Ottima sistemazione in villa indipendente con tutti gli accessori, la villa si trova all.interno di un residence a due passi da Milano, quindi tranquillità e sicurezza sono garantiti, inoltre la proprietà e disponibile a risolvere con gentilezza e discrezione qualsiasi problematica. Infine se si vuole si può disporre della piscina del residance. Quindi ottima sistemazione

Maison confortable et bien équipée; bonne literie ,un très bon accueil de la propriétaire Arèse est bien située pour visiter Milan moyen de transport a deux pas de la résidence et la région des lacs, nous avons passes un agréable séjour et nous reviendrons pour d autres séjours dans la région

Well furnished, clean house
Large house on gated community with good, supervised pool (€6 pp a day). The lady taking care of the rental was very friendly. We got several visits of the owners to collect their holiday luggage. We loved the ariconditioned bedrooms.
