About the property

(6026) Owner operated! Affordable luxury and great downtown location, open year round! On the bottom floor (wheelchair ramp is not available yet), this is a 2BR, 2BA loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. Newly furnished, this unit sleeps between 2 adults in the loft upstairs and 2 adults in the bedroom located downstairs. Also 1 adult or 1 child can sleep in the living room in front of the fire place.

Two full baths for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, Coffee Pot, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, pots and pans. All you need to bring is your food, your favorite recipes and special spices/ingredients.

Full sized washer and dryer are provided as well and the loft has also beautiful sky lights that makes the place bright all year round. There are also shades if you don’t want to be woken up by the morning light and sun.

WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels.

Walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk.

Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in the winter.

Area family activities include: hiking, horseback riding, fishing, wildlife watching, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, local festivals, art shows, movie theater, miniature golf, swimming and much more. Estes Park also provides a wide variety of shopping opportunities, including many local art galleries and restaurants, including its very own Estes Park Brewery. Free shuttle service to town and RMNP is available just steps from our door all summer long.

With only a couple minutes to downtown Estes and less than a 2 mile drive to the park entrance, this loft has the perfect location to meet all your vacation needs.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least one month before arrival. There is no refund if the cancellation is made less then one month upon arrival.

Great Home away from home

Our family of 5 had a great time here! It had many features for comfort and was well stocked and clean. Owners were accommodating on short notice and were easy to book with. Location is great. Recommended to our friends and family for a great place to stay!

Nice condo

No complaints about the condo other than the tub in the downstairs bathroom could use a grippy bath mat, it's kind of slippery. The construction in town was sort of a pain but, overall, the weekend was good.

Loved my stay!

Four of us traveled to Estes Park and we loved the HomeAway that we rented! It fit us perfectly and we were so comfortable staying! We have a wedding in 2019 in Estes and we will for sure be staying with them again! Highly recommend!!
