RELAX IN THE SUN! ONE BED APARTMENT (SLEEPS 4) KAPPARIS (NEW BATHROOM)

Large one bedroom apartment located on 1st floor of apartment block. Lift and stairs provide access to 1st floor.

Open plan lounge/kitchen - kitchen offers fridge, fan assisted oven, two ring hob, overhead fan, washing machine, kettle and toaster. The lounge area has an L shape sofa (which pulls open to create a double bed) and one relaxer chair with padded headrest. Patio doors leading out to balcony (has child lock at top) balcony has table and 4 chairs. TV, DVD player and fan provided. Balcony provides views out to Famagusta area. Highchair also provided if required.

Bathroom has walk-in shower, wc and wall hung vanity unit (newly renovated 2022) Laundry bin (clothes airer also provided) and iron & ironing board.

The apartment has a large bedroom with nice white wooden double bed and two side drawers, as well as dressing table, mirror and stool (ample storage for all guests) plus air conditioning unit (small hairdryer provided in drawer of dressing table). Hand towels, bath towels and all bed linen are provided. In the wardrobe there is a cool box and beach umbrella and beach items which can be used, please return when finished.
Please bring your own beach towels. Toilet rolls, washing up liquid, washing machine liquid and all other cleaning products are provided.

The apartment has been freshly decorated and is in a nice quiet residential area within walking distance of Kapparis. Location perfect for exploring nearby Paralimni, Derynia aswell as the Protaras and Ayia Napa areas. Hire car recommended.

A quiet and comfortable apartment in strategic position
This is a very nice apartment and you the owner is a very kind and welcoming person. The apartment is in a quiet position but you can reach the main beaches and best places in 10/20 minutes. I found it great!!

Perfect stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Apollonos Court: The flat was complete with everything you may need, either for cooking than for anything else (like very useful electric adaptor for European/Italian plugs) It was really quiet, never too hot, the balcony (bigger than as it looks in the picture) comfortable and perfect for breakfast and dinner, always in the shadow. Andrea sent us many messages before our arrival, caring for our future stay. I definitely suggest this flat.

Property was really well equipped throughout and spotlessly clean on arrival Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle which made for quiet relaxing nights sleep . I would recommend a car to get to local beaches shops bars ect . If there are any problems or questions to ask the neighbours are English and very helpful (although we had no problems ) . I would definately recommend this property . Thanks Andrea

Why they chose this property

I first visited Cyprus in 1999 for a wedding in Protaras. I had visited Ayia Napa the year before but just fell in love with the Protaras area and people. I then decided to visit Cyprus every year to explore other areas such as Pernera, Troodos Mountains, Larnaca, Pervolia after feeling more and more at home and making Cypriot friends I decided to look at purchasing a holiday home in Cyprus. I looked at three properties and fell in love with the Kapparis area which is quiet and an ideal base to explore areas nearby. My apartment is situated in a quiet area and my (english and cypriot) neighbours are great!

What makes this property unique

The apartment is a home from home. Lovely quiet area set back off the road so that when you decide to leave the restaurants or bars you can come back to the apartment and relax. A real home from home with nice sofa, clean linen, comfy bed and nice balcony to relax with a drink.
