About this property

Nice typical house in french counrtyside, ideal for resting holidays in family!

Nice little house in the typical french countryside to have peacefull holidays!

Three hours from Paris by car, or two hours by train (the train station is 35km from the house, in the city of Nevers)

Little house made with ancient stones, very charming, with a great garden full of flowers and fruit trees, with a beautiful view on the countryside!

Two independant bedrooms, with double bed and arrangements, windows with a view on the garden. A big living room with a nice kitchen with all the facilities, and a big table to have meal for all the family! On the other side, a sofa (which can be used as a bed for two people) television and a big nice fireplace for fresh evenings...
There is one separate bathroom, with a shower, toilets, and washbasin, and one small room (which access is on the outside) which is a laundry with a washing-machine.

The house is very comfortable, and decorated in a French Vintage style.

Perfekte Erholung
Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Haus und Grundstück perfekt, sehr diskrete Gastgeber. Dass die Lage abgelegen ist, wussten wir logischerweise vorher. Wer also viel Tourismus und Rummel sucht ist hier falsch. Aber Erholung, Ruhe, Natur und der nächtliche Sternenhimmel sind garantiert. Alle wichtigen Geschäfte sind im Umkreis von 10km. Im Haus fehlt es an Nichts. Absolut zu empfehlen
