The home is within easy walking distance of fantastic restaurants, wine bars and museums. Literally a 2 minute walk to a metro light rail station, its central location in the valley allows easy access to entertainment such as the Phoenix Zoo, Symphony Hall, U.S. Airways Center, Chase Field and other venues. The easy access to the light rail makes this a perfect place for those business travelers that are doing business in Phoenix, particularly when attending seminars at the Phoenix Convention Center.

Pretty house in a great area in downtown Phoenix! Lots of space, nicely kept. No bugs or funny smells. Owner very amiable and easy to work with. Quick to respond to inquiries and questions. Highly recommend!

Right in the center of everything

Stayed here for 4 nights with multigenerational family group. If you want easy access to city stuff and the airport this is perfect. Easy highway access when you are ready to go to the Grand Canyon, etc. Shopping and groceries very close by. House is very spacious. We were able to spread out. Air Conditioning works well. Outdoor area has plenty of room and is private. We felt safe and relaxed. Don't miss The Heard Museum and The Musical Instrument Museum. Worth every penny. You will not have any regrets if you stay here.

Very nice remodeled historic home in central location

Rented this home for a weekend in Phoenix for a party of 10. Exactly as described, this home was very clean and the owner was very easy to work with. The owner contacted us prior to and after our arrival to make sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Prime central location with easy access to light rail system. Nice neighborhood and quiet considering it is located in the heart of the city. Neighbors were very friendly, including the neighborhood cats. Close to very good eateries and event venues as well as the museums in central Phoenix. In addition, the house was very affordable considering the amenities and the number of guests the owner is able to accommodate. A/C worked like a champ, which is very important in Phoenix AZ. Overall a good experience and a hassle-free transaction. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a comfortable home instead of the usual hotel scene.

Clean and Comfortable

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The house was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and roomy. Although we didn't get to take advantage of the mini gym, it was a nice addition to the place. The place was very affordable and Ron was very helpful as well, he worked with us on a special request and answered my messages within the hour. I highly recommend this place as it is waking distance to the metro train. My family and I look forward to staying here in the future. Thanks Ron for your accommodations! :) :)

Why Ron chose North Ashland

I purchased and lived in this house about 7 years ago. My children and I were temporarily living in downtown Phoenix and quickly discovered the unique benefits the city has to offer. We quickly fell in love with the area and purchased the property when it hit the market. As my children aged, we needed to move closer to my work and their school. The home has many great memories and was difficult to leave, consequently, I decided to keep it and convert it into a rental property.
