This luxurious, newly remodeled custom mid-century modern Alexander home was originally designed by famed architect William Krisel and is the largest home of its kind in the Racquet Club Estates enclave. With 6 bedrooms, including a large casita with two king beds and a kitchenette. Reconnect with Family & Friends in a safe and private home while having all the best of Palm Springs close by.

Ban on all outdoor music at all times, outdoor quiet time from 10pm to 10am, etc. The maximum guests allowed under law are 12 (Adults, kids, babies) + 2 additional kids under 12 years.

We are NOT a party house and do not accept bookings for bachelor/bachelorette party/event weekends.

The expanded post and beam addition honors the architectural integrity of the original Krisel design to provide a huge open-concept great room with kitchen, dining and living areas that provide warmth and intimacy while also supporting a spacious shared experience for everyone together.

This is a fully green home powered by a whopping 16kw solar system, 12 tons of super efficient heating/air, state-of-the-art LED lighting throughout including touch-controlled color-changing LED mood lighting. The updated media and internet technology includes LED TVs and cable in all bedrooms, USB charging ports throughout the home, two LED 70-inch TVs, Apple TV, Chromecast, house accounts for Netflix and super high-speed internet with full coverage throughout the property.

There's no limits on entertaining with three kitchens, including four sinks, three dishwashers, three refrigerators, a 1,200 watt microwave, upgraded 5 burner stove top, convection oven and a well-appointed complement of small appliances, cookware and large serving pieces. You'll love the 14-foot island/bar, with plenty of room to cook, serve cocktails or create a buffet line with adjacent table seating for up to 12 people both inside or outside.

The private outdoor space includes amenities such as a private outdoor shower, two shared and four private patios, chaises and enough seating for everyone. Relax under the palm trees on a cabana bed that overlooks a 10-person spa and a very deep, fully-tiled pool. The outdoor shaded patio includes comfortable padded lounge seating, a refrigerator and sink, BBQ, picnic tables and a great view of the 70-inch TV. So, sit back, snuggle into the plush fireside seating under our watchful tiki (named Yul)... It's our favorite spot to hang and relax with good friends, cocktails and conversation.

This designer home is the perfect place to enjoy the company of friends or simply get away from it all. Either way, we welcome you to experience all the wonderful things this fun, elegant home has to offer.

A huge island/bar with seating for 4 or more opens into the newly remodeled kitchen from the lounge. Brand new high gloss cabinets, quartz counters, sinks, faucets, appliances…you name it, its new and we've probably got it! A true gourmet kitchen that makes preparing meals a joy. There's no limits on entertaining with three kitchens, including four sinks, three dishwashers, three refrigerators, a 1,200 watt microwave, upgraded 5 burner stove top, convection oven and a well-appointed complement of small appliances, cookware and large serving pieces. The living room, dining/lounge area and kitchen are open and flow onto to each other allowing complete interaction with friends and family no matter where you are. You can be in the kitchen preparing meals and still interact with your guests and family in the living room or lounge. True open concept living at its very best. The private outdoor space includes amenities such as a private outdoor shower, two shared and four private patios, chaises and enough seating for everyone amidst the lush landscaping and outdoor lighting featuring a simulated "under sea" grotto feeling.

The outdoor shaded patio includes comfortable padded lounge seating, a refrigerator and sink, BBQ, picnic tables and a great view of the 70-inch TV. Snuggle into the plush fireside seating under our watchful tiki (named Yul)... It's our favorite spot to hang and relax with good friends, cocktails and conversation.

The first 5 bedrooms are located in the east wing of the house and are separate from the new west wing/great-room addition. The east wing has a separate heating and cooling system dedicated exclusively for the bedroom areas. Bedrooms feature various amenities including desks, seating and even a cozy and romantic fireplace in bedroom 5. Bedroom 3 and 4 have private outdoor patios and bedroom 3 has no direct pool access, perfect for small children.

The master suite is huge casita separated from the main house with almost 300 square feet of quiet space to relax; it includes two king size beds, kitchenette with refrigerator/ice maker, individual heating and AC system and a seating/dining area for 4 people. The master also includes two private patios as well as an outdoor shower.  All bedrooms feature 1080p LED HDTV's and high thread count 100% cotton sheets. Super-fast whole house WIFI allows you to connect anywhere on the property.

Relax under the palm trees on a cabana bed that overlooks a 10-person spa and a very deep, fully-tiled, ultra private pool set within a fully walled and hedged perimeter giving you complete privacy and making you feel like there is no one else around. On the far side of the pool is a queen-size outdoor queen-size lounge bed perched above the oversized spa and ringed with multiple chaise lounges--the perfect place to curl up for an afternoon nap, read a book, watch the kids play in the pool or to get some sun.  It's like having your own private resort; you’ll never want to leave! Outdoor plugs and WIFI are available so bring your iPad or laptop if you need to catch up with the rest of the world. 

The house features 5 bathrooms, so there is never a wait to shower! And to make sure there is plenty of hot water we’ve installed a state-of-the-art large capacity hybrid hot water heater capable of producing 165 gallons of hot water in the first hour! 

We own and manage only our own homes, you are working directly with the owners. We take great care in our properties and it shows. From initial inquiry, thru booking, arrival and departure we will personally take care of you. That means quick response to all questions, a personal meet-n-greet with home tour and 24/7 support during your stay. We are always just a text or phone call away.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Home Ordinance #1918:
New laws that apply to all Palm Springs vacation rental homes.
(See Palm Springs “Good Neighbor Brochure”)
• Complete ban on all outdoor music and amplified sound. There can never be any outdoor music heard from outside the residence.
• Outdoor “Quiet Time” between 10pm to 10am.
• Overnight guests limit = 12 (Adults, kids, babies) + up to an additional 2 children under 12.
• No more than 6 total cars may be parked on, or in front of, the property.
• Trash must be disposed of in provided receptacles and cannot be visible from the street.
• All stays require a separate and signed rental agreement. (Online signatures via DocuSign)
• Primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
• Government issued photo ID must be provided by primary renter.
• All adult guests must sign the city of Palm Springs “Rules and Regulations” sheet agreeing to abide by all local Vacation Rental laws.

The city of Palm Springs now has “Vacation Rental Compliance Officers” to patrol and monitor all vacation rental homes. Any violation of the above laws the city will issue you a $500 ticket. Any guest receiving a citation from the city for illegal outdoor music or noise past 10pm will be asked to leave with no refund.

When in doubt please ask us for clarification on any issue.

Please Note:
• Nightly rates do not include $595.00 cleaning fee, $99 fee for $5000 Property Damage Waiver, 11.5% Palm Springs occupancy tax, 1% Tourism Board Improvement District assessment, optional pool heat of $129/day and $150 pet fee.
• Check-in 3pm-5pm, Check-out 10am. Early check-in, late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
• No Smoking in house.
• Dog(s) are accepted but only with prior consideration and must be pre-approved. $150 pet fee per stay.
• House is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house, may not be suitable for small children
• Any commercial photography or filming requires pre-approval and additional fees.
• Outdoor/Front of house security cameras, Ring Video doorbells and NoiseAware sensors are present on the property.

Cancellation Policy:
• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
• No refund will be given for early departures.
• Special event weekends and holidays (Christmas/New Years, Thanksgiving, Coachella, etc.) and long-term rentals (stays 28 nights or more), will receive no refunds unless we are able to re-rent at equal value.

Wonderful vacation
I can’t say enough positive things about our stay at this house. Keith, the homeowner and property manager, was very responsive before and during our stay. He was very flexible with check in/check out times and helped us arrange an extra housecleaning. The house is conveniently located just a few minutes from downtown and was as represented in the listing. Great kitchen. The common areas were spacious and brightly lit. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were enough bathrooms for all of the guests. The pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temperature. And the kids loved having the casita all to themselves. It was truly a memorable stay for our group of family and friends. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Relaxing, beautiful and spacious
This was a great stay! I brought my team here for a retreat, and the size of the house, the design, finishing touches, pool, hot tub, fire pit and massive kitchen did not disappoint. It was a short drive into town, had ample driveway parking, and was a completely seamless rental. I couldn't be happier with the check-in and out process!

Great option in Palm Springs!
Keith and partner run a great business of beautiful homes. This house in particular will serve your group’s needs at every level. We had a family reunion of 12 for Christmas. Everyone loved the place. We all had our own room and there were enough bathrooms to be comfortable. We were able to bring our dogs as well as have a morning of custom yoga from Power Yoga locally. We also hired Chef Michael Trost for one of the nights. This house is fully equipped. There’s more supplies available than you’ll ever need. They think of everything. Rent here. You’ll be glad you did!

This home is a true Mid-Century Modern home built in 1960, located in the historic Racquet Club Estate enclave. Built by the Alexander Construction company and designed by renown architects of Palmer and Krisel, the homes is set on the largest lot in the historic Racquet Club Estates enclave. It doesn't get much more perfect for a Mid-Century aficionado than this!
