Beautiful house completely renovated in 2012, completely new furniture, fully equipped fitted kitchen, new bedding, neat decoration (marine style).
Ideally located, close to the ocean (less than 600 meters), once you arrive you no longer touch the car, everything is done on foot in less than ten minutes (beach, bakery, shops ...).

Possibility of entering the car in the garage, tour of a screened and private house. Calm neighborhood.
Delivery of keys by the owner.

Süßes Haus, zentral gelegen
Weiter haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist zwar klein, aber sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und am Strand.

Super sejour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La propriété est très bien entretenue, propre, décorée avec goûts, facile d’accès pour toutes les commodités et surtout les équipements sont de très bonnes qualités et est très complet. La literie est très bonne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue du propriétaire.

Alles wunderbar!
Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung, nur noch ein bißchen größer und schöner! Nicolas war ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Gastgeber. Die Lage ist super ruhig und der Weg zum Strand dauert zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Gerne wieder!

Maison secondaire au centre de Lacanau Océan
Une vraie maison secondaire avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer un très bon séjour. Cuisine et salle de bain rénovées récemment. 2 chambres et salon agréables. Terrasse tres bien orientée. Et la place pour garer une voire 2 voitures ce qui n’est pas négligeable comme tout est payant désormais à Lacanau Océan. Adresse à conserver et à refaire. Un grand merci Nicolas pour votre acceuil. À bientôt
