An ideal place for moments of peace and relaxation, surrounded by an aged and private pine-wood of 10,000 square meters, a few meters from the seashore, perfect and safe for childrenon a private road with no incoming traffic and with a magnificent view of the gulf of Portoferraio.

The house was used by RAI television for the drama in 12 episodes "The Island" aired in 2013 on RAI 1.

Erholsamer Elbaurlaub
Wir waren 3 Kinder (4,7,9) und 4 Erwachsene und haben zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Man hat viel Platz, eine schöne Aussicht von der Veranda auf die Bucht von Portoferraio und dem Hafen. Das Haus bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten: 3 Wc/Duschen, gut ausgestattete Küche, einen Kohlegrill, Laufdistanz zum Meer, kühle Nächte dank Klimaanlage, Mückenschutzgitter an den Fenstern, bequeme Parkmöglichkeiten auch für 2 Autos, Ruhe und Platz, gute Ausstattung, funktionierendes Wlan… Wir waren begeistert und die Wahrscheinlich, dass wir wieder dieses hübsche Anwesen wählen werden für unseren Urlaub auf Elba ist sehr hoch.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am Meer
Wie immer haben wir unsere Urlaubstage an diesem wunderschönen Ort sehr genossen. Das Haus besticht durch seine einzigartige tolle Lage direkt am Meer. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und dennoch sind die schönsten Orte der Insel in Kürze erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder

Schöne entspannte Zeit
Das Haus war optimal für 2 Familien, alle 3 Schlafzimmer hatten ein eigenes Bad und WC. Die Küche ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Gartentisch gibt es für 8 Personen gut Platz. Betten gut, Waschmaschine vorhanden, auch ein Grill und eine Gartendusche gibt es. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, nur die Fähren sind hin und wieder zu hören. Der Checkin und Checkout waren total unkompliziert. Supermarkt ist mit PKW in 5 min zu erreichen. Einzig der Strand in direkter Nähe ist nicht schön. Da wir aber in Elba viele herrliche Strände entdeckt haben, hat das nicht gestört.

Luogo incantevole a due passi dal mare, circondato da pinete.
Soggiorno piacevolissimo, allietato da fagiani, da upupe e da lepri che scorrazzano in quest'ambiente esterno incontaminato. Vista stupenda di Portoferraio. Accoglienza super e pulizia della casa ottima. Ogni camera da letto ha il suo bagno, la cucina è spaziosa, con molti piani d'appoggio e fuochi ad induzione. Nel giardino davanti la cucina una serie di sculture in ceramica rendono ancora più piacevole la vista. Ideale anche per famiglie con bambini in quanto il giardino è attrezzato con altalene e scivoli
