Family house with a plot of 1600m, consists of two floors in the upper suite with double bed, living room and bathroom with tub and a terrace.
on the ground floor 4 rooms two of them (one with a double bed 150 and one with 1 of 135 and two of 90 with) each room with the bathroom inside.
complete inside and the other two remaining rooms share a complete bathroom (one room with double bed 135 and the other with 3 beds

In summer life really takes place outside in the garden which is quite large and equipped with sun loungers around the pool, there is also a barbecue and tables and chairs to enjoy the extermination.

There is the possibility of renting only 4 hb from the lower floor.

Séjour au top !
Propriété totalement conforme au descriptif. Au calme, sur les hauteurs de Xabia, à 10mn de la platja de arenal. Maison vaste avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Jardin agréable avec différents « recoins » permettant de bénéficier de différentes ambiances. Et une hôte aux petits soins à l’arrivée et durant le séjour. Un vrai coup de cœur ! A recommander sans hésiter !

Excelentes espacios esteriores
Los espacios exteriores (piscina, zonas de relax, porche y cocina y comedor exterior) son excepcionales, aunque el agua de la piscina no estaba muy limpia. El interior de la casa, los baños y las habitaciones también están muy bien, aunque si el calor es excesivo los ventiladores de techo no son suficientes, especialmente en la habitación del piso de arriba. La única pega es que la cocina tiene demasiado menaje (6 cafeteras, etc) y las neveras y horno necesitan una puesta a punto (las puertas no ajustan bien). Seria preferible contar con menos menaje y algún armario vacio disponible para que utilicen los huéspedes a modo de despensa. Especialmente teniendo en cuenta que las hormigas se cuelan facilmente en la cocina.

Una casa muy amplia, 6 adultos y 7 niños sin problemas. María una anfitriona estupenda. Es verano, la estancia realizada sobre todo en el jardín y la piscina muy cómoda. Para repetir.
