Comfortable house situated in the heart of a landscaped garden nestled in the hills.
House for up to 4 people on site: 2 adults and 2 children.
For children there is a mezzanine (sofa bed).

See details as follows:

Small house of 30m2 + a mezzanine of 10m2.
A double bed of 160cm x 200cm in the bedroom.
A 140 cm x 190 cm sofa bed in the mezzanine
Enclosed courtyard garden (for children)
Private parking in the property

Access to the swimming pool shared with the owner with a view of the Sainte-Baume. There is a pool wheelchair available if needed.

Very quiet, no car noise, field of birds.

Ideal for visiting Provence (Aix-en-Provence, Marseille etc.) and enjoying the many festivals (Avignon, La Roque d'Anthéron).

The Mediterranean Sea is accessible in 20 minutes by car to reach the beaches of Cassis, La Ciotat, the calanques....

Tenants are requested to clean the house before leaving.
Possibility of a final cleaning as an option or to do the cleaning yourself: extra charge 50 euros.
Optional linen (bed linen, towels): 20 euros.

Endroit calme au bout de chemin.
Hôtess sympathique, accueillante et serviable. Hébergement: Bonne disposition de la pièce, de la cuisine, de l’armoire et des toilettes et douche dans un petit espace. Un petit loft donne des points supplémentaires et augmente la surface habitable. Les sols carrelés rendent l’appartement facile à nettoyer. Un plus évident à l’intérieure avec une jolie table de cuisine avec un plateau en marbre et un piètement en fonte. Malheureusement, le logement a besoin d’être rénové. Cuisine et salle de bain assez vétustes. Armoires et tiroires de la cuisine et de la salle de bain usés et moisis. Les meubles d’extérieur en moisissure verte n’invitent pas à l’utilisation. Avec de la rénovation, un peu de bricolage et de soin, le logement reviendra beau.

Régions à découvrir mais logement non conforme à nos attentes.
La propriétaire prodigue de très bons conseils de visites et est a l'écoute des besoins. Elle est très affable, très sympathique et très cultivée Elle offre de l'eau, du vin et des raisins dés l'arrivée. Auriol présente l'avantage d'offrir un accès autoroutier vers Marseille, La Ciotat., Aix en Provence, .... Depuis la piscine les vues sont jolies et verdoyantes. Néanmoins, le logement nous a paru dés notre arrivée vétuste... Le son de la tv est peu claire, la télécomande non fonctionelle, le mobilier abimé par l'humidité, notamment la cuisine et de la moisissure est présente dans la douche. Dans sa gentillesse, elle donne les produits pour l'entretien mais il n'est pas possible de faire disparaitre ces traces. Une impression d'humidité générale se dégage, évidemment cela ne transparait pas sur les photos. Le chemin d'accés est peu carrosable, d'autant plus si le véhicule est bas, il faut vraiment être attentif à ne rien casser. ( châssis bas s'abstenir ) Mais paradoxalement, absolument aucune critique à formuler sur l'attitude de la propriétaire durant la location que des compliments. J'ai tenté d'être à 100 pourcents objectif dans mon jugement sans aucun préjugés ....

Très bon séjour chez Patricia et Jean-Pierre. Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. Location simple et bien équipée et Patricia était à l'écoute de nos besoins. Piscine au top. Terrasse ombragée et privative. A recommander.
