The house is also just a few minutes walk from the train station. Studio flat overlooking roofs, vegetable gardens and gardens consisting of a "main" room furnished with a double sofa bed and a single sofa bed with wooden slats. There are no other bedding other than a baby travel cot. The room is then furnished with a dining table, four chairs, wardrobe and bookcase with LCD television. This room leads to the small kitchen equipped with methane gas hob, electric oven, extractor hood, ceramic sink and pantry furniture. The mini-fridge is located in the main room.
From the latter, moreover, through a glass door, you can access a bright veranda, ideal for pleasant moments of relaxation. The veranda leads to the small bathroom that has just been renovated.
The apartment is equipped with independent heating and split air conditioning positioned in the main room.
The accommodation is ideal for couples or small families made up of a maximum of two adults plus two children, one of whom is under the age of three.
The location of the house allows you to forget about using the car for the entire duration of the holiday.
Only by a specific request during the booking (because is another property) it is possible to have a parking place in a private area near the sea ​​and about 10 minutes on foot by the flat. The cost to be paid in cash at the check-in is €10 per day. We cannot guarantee a place for last minute requests.
